    I would appreciate an explanation regarding the increase in monthly bills. Not only did Bell post short of 800 Million last quarter (albeit down some percent), Bell took over 100 million in wage subsidy from the Canadian government and plans to layoff employees. @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support Reboot didn't help but once power was restored, I had service. Several friends noticed the same issue.
