After an hour on the phone with @bell, my task is still not accomplished. I've been told to phone a different number. These agent has noticed a $16 monthly charge for a service I haven't had in a year. Argh! 10 min hold while he transfers me to another department.

@JesseJesseaben @CTVNews @Bell Agreed. I was thinking more of their YouTube presence, but yes, they have been awful since the "Grand Consolidation" of media in the late 1990s/early 2000s.

@Rogers In my conversations with @Bell sales folks and @Rogers support, I asked why the prices have to go up, and I got 2 responses in most cases: 1. Ongoing infrastructure maintenance costs 2. Inflation What is the actual reason and the logic behind the calculations?

@Bell I have been without internet for 5 days, and I have already received 7 service interruption emails. Each time I call customer service, I am told the issue will be resolved “tomorrow.” When I asked why Bell has no backup plan, I was told I should prepare one myself.

@Bell and bad services from the #Moroccan call centers. I advise all Canadians do not call French lines because you will get the worst service from Moroccan call centers. It will be 100% better to struggle with English than to call in French.

@Bell one of you reps just hung up on me. I continue to be in disbelief at the deeply poor level of service I have continuously received from Bell. Absolutely astounding.
