I have an auto credit applied to my account that keeps getting randomly deactivated every month, and I have to call again and again to get it fixed. Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_Support lies again. Service repair for a telephone cable issue is now expected to be fixed by May 19th at 10 pm. That puts it at 10 days for 94 yr old who relies on her home phone for communication as well as safety with a life alert system.

This is poor customer service. Hope the AI layoffs don't hit Bell agents. When you can't find competent people, AI will make decisions for you
