    Time wasted with @Bell @Bell_Support as I was given false information that a technician would come in today to install the new modem, but the appointment was never booked. Extremely frustrated and hoping other customers don't experience what I went through today. 😑

    @Bell So, I’m paying $106 monthly with this exact plan. And my phone has been paid off. I can go with Shaw mobile who I have internet already for 25 gigs for $40. Wanna talk about being the best mobile network?

    @RJO1111 @Fidomobile @bell charges $12 a day as well. It’s terrible.

    @Bell_Support after speaking with 2 agents online (one who was hilariously unhelpful), I was transferred to what was supposed to be the loyalty program...unfortunately he accidentally transferred my call to virgin mobile instead lol. After 2 hours, no help, none in sight.

    @Bell_News How is it that in the last month, I have had to reconfigure my settings twice. Is there an issue at Bell. Can other Bell customers share if you had similar issues or should I take the credit of being unique!! @Bell_Support @CRTCeng
