@Rogers after 20mins of navigating their maze of options they return "We are too busy to answer your call, try again another time, goodbye" #awful #disgraceful #shaw. Do yourself a favor a go to @TELUS or @Bell

@Bell: Why ask me to press 1 for service in English and then transfer me to someone who can't speak English? Make it make sense!

@Bell Bell who offer 3Gb fiber service with a REAL speed of around 300mbps and charge $140/month when the 300mbsp service is $90 a month. CHECK THE SPEED YOU ARE GETTING ON AVERAGE. Bell needs to be SUED.

Hey @Bell your support team is BRUTAL. Anyone else out there that can help? Dissatisfied and disappointed with the reply they provided and when I ask for the contact information for your ombudsman total radio silence. Interesting way to treat a long time ‘valued’ customer.

@Bell Service your downed customers in less than 2 weeks and it might make sense. There’s a reason you’re losing to independents

@Bell Only if they also lift their current anti-trust, protectionist policies and help end the current duopoly we endure in Canada. Which you are the primary beneficiaries of, by the way.
