@Bell @Bell_Support first time customer and it’s been 4 months and my issue still hasn’t been resolved and I’ve been ghosted by 2 different employees, made 10+ calls, had to give my full information 5+ times. Battle of attrition just hoping I pay and go away?

  • KendieProf ProfKendie (@KendieProf) reported

@Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support What about switching carriers ... Y'all might be getting a new customer today.

  • stressedbyCodes Michael A. Momo (@stressedbyCodes) reported

@Bell Paying for 5G and I can’t even enjoy a proper internet on my phone , it gets so bad in Brampton area and Caledon. The only time I enjoy Inter is when I’m connected to wifi.

  • chezsister Lori (@chezsister) reported

Hey @Bell_Support, super shady of you to send a rude, maskless solicitor to my door telling me I need to sign up for your service to my house. Threatening residents with a $20 hook-up fee if they refuse does not attract customers. Not entertaining the thought of your Bell Fibe.
