  • SkeletorCapital CanadianMarketsTrader (@SkeletorCapital) reported

@BNNBloomberg Cancel @Bell if this is the crap they are going to have on-air

  • krystal1895 Krystal Wilson (@krystal1895) reported

@Humanitaires @Bell_Support I agree their “solution” to my problem is that they cannot do anything “the offer has expired.” Also, that I would need to call them again. If I wanted to do that why would I bother over here! It’s unreal!

  • dcdentremont Dennis 🇨🇦 (@dcdentremont) reported

@Humanitaires @Bell @BellAliant Well after some dms with them I am hoping I will at least be on their do not call list for a little while. Either way I'm not signing up for any extra service

  • Humanitaires humanitaires (@Humanitaires) reported

@dcdentremont @Bell @BellAliant They told me to cancel if unhappy. Then they called me 3 times and sent me 2 promo letters. But still don't want to credit the amount I was paying that they kept charging when the phones were paid and contract renewed.

  • birdiesrestac Anne Currie (@birdiesrestac) reported

@Bell client since the 70's. When are you ever going to do something about protecting your paying customers from landline scammers? I get calls night and day. I never get a straight answer about why nothing is done.

  • senkins senkins (@senkins) reported

@Wiiggles_ @Bell Honestly one of the worst services I've heard of so far & that's saying something, over here in the UK.

  • dcdentremont Dennis 🇨🇦 (@dcdentremont) reported

@Humanitaires @Bell @BellAliant Oof that's awful. These were calls from a third part marketing firm k would guess. They did say on behalf of Bell Aliant. I just don't understand why 3 calls and why the last guy was so weird about why I didn't want to sign up for extras.

  • Wiiggles_ Wiggles (@Wiiggles_) reported

Dear @Bell I am so tired of calling every day, every week, Can you provide me a good service or not? Because I'm sick and tired of going out of my way, My whole communities done with the games you're playing GIVE ME THE SERVICE I PAY FOR. ****

  • sweetparakeett Connie (@sweetparakeett) reported

@Bell has the absolute worst service and staff who lack knowledge in their process. Over six hours with tech support and staff who have zero idea what they are doing! Definitely leaving Bell services! #bellcanadasucks

  • DanMalleck Dan Malleck (@DanMalleck) reported

Fun economics question: How many times does @Bell have to replace my modem before it becomes cost effective for them just to give me the upgraded version which the tech says "is much better"? I've replaced 5 modems in the last year and the problem remains the same.
