    @Bell how about an unlimited plan at 1 Mbps instead of this crap unlimited plan you offer , 512 is garbage and my phone somehow uses 30 gig in 3 days but only 60g in 30 days doing the exact same thing .. fix your problems

    @Frank_c_b @newbery_j @Bell My family was with Distributel for awhile and they managed to be just as incompetent if not leagues worse, service was okay, but you only expect Bell to have your equipment lost for 6 months, not a little guy

    @Bell_Support I didn't realize I changed my mind. I was under the impression I did ask for help and still require such. So please explain why I'm being billed for 2 months of internet services when my account has only been active for a month.

    Hey @Bell when your phone rep in Toronto asks me “how am I going to call you on a New York phone?” it destroys my confidence in your phone plans, technology, and customer service. You *might* want to rethink your branding & business model. #fail

    @Bell_Support Sure. Right after someone can explain why I'm being billed for two months of internet services when my services have only been active for barely a month. Sending you a DM gets me no where. Calling gets me no where. The "service" I've received has been abysmal.
