  • aightsaylesss New Aesthetic (@aightsaylesss) reported

Been on and off the phone with @RogersBiz for over 2 hours for them to treat me like I haven’t been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. They are literally asking me to move to @Bell_Support at this point.

  • MonoCinaric gamelan (@MonoCinaric) reported

@Bell Absolutely excellent service. Your technicians came yesterday and failed to install internet for my mother - a single mother family physician. They guaranteed there would be another technician today. Your call centre now says that nothing is available until Wednesday.

  • Musaic2 Musaic2 (@Musaic2) reported

If you call @rogers you will get a call center in #Canada. @bell and @Bell_Support is in the Philippines. Even the National Channel Support (NCS) team is located overseas. You can not get help from a #bellcanada rep in Canada. #fail

  • thebossmsross Diana Head (@thebossmsross) reported

@Bell Too bad you hadn’t treated @LisaLaFlamme_ in an A + manner …despicable…company. I’ll get plenty of savings now that I’ve cancelled all my @Bell subscriptions 😡

  • cathmulroney Catherine Mulroney (@cathmulroney) reported

Finally back in the land of the Internet living, three days after @Bell shut down my @Rogers services before making arrangements to switch me over. My Rogers vacation was quite brief.

  • goldenmacaw GoldenMacaw (@goldenmacaw) reported

@Bell The new end of the day going forward to build back better "has your back". Totally meaningless blather. Any company that has to advertise it cares for the customer doesn't. Like "trust me"

  • erniebugtweet ernie.b. (@erniebugtweet) reported

Just when you think @Bell_Support can’t be any worse than you possibly think they can be, they lower the bar once again. What a completely **** company that gets away with it because Canadians are force fed a duopoly. I cannot hate an organization more than Bell Canada. Cannot!

@Bell Simply not working. What a waste of money

  • Cinta1111 Cinta (@Cinta1111) reported

@TanyaFusco @Bell_Support Sorry about that! Ever since the May 21st storm we have horrible Bell reception in areas where we used to be fine. Bell needs to work on their towers. Good luck!

  • TanyaFusco Tanya (@TanyaFusco) reported

Currently on the phone again with someone from technical support. Blaming modem, blaming number of devices, ignores fact that everyone in our development has the same issue. Even customers from another provider that uses Bell lines having the same issue. @Bell_Support ????
