@Bell_Support I have spent enough of my thanksgiving weekend giving details to Bell employees. We have a tech scheduled to come out Monday and hopefully they will fix the corroded line which is the problem, confirmed by each tech you’ve sent out previously. Have this one FIX the problem (1)

@Bell_Support will the bill reflect the 48 hours outage automatically or do I have to call customer service?

@Bell @Bell_Support screwed over our home internet for a month, said they’d give us data and then charged about four months overage $$ for going over by 6gb. Proceed with caution if you’re seeking their service! Not recommended!

I understand that people hate big companies like @Rogers @Bell and @VirginPlus but seriously can we stop taking our anger and hate out on Customer Service Representatives?

@Bell #bellinternet #bellsupport. I am shocked by the service thay bell provides here in Kitchener. My @Rogers ignite had better consistency at 100 than your 500 plan. I hope you can do something about it, else I'm happily changing back to Rogers

So @bell, if I’m paying you a daily fee for roaming while out of the country, don’t you think you should make an effort to, y’know, consistently provide the service I’m paying for? In what universe does it make sense to turn off my data at midnight? Not impressed at all.

It’s cheaper to get about 4 @wpgpolice photo radar tickets than go 6gb over in data usage in one month by @Bell @Bell_Support - be warned! (And this was when Bell was supposed to be helping us when our Bell Home internet was down!)

So @bell, if I’m paying you a fee daily for roaming well out of the country, don’t you think you should make an effort to, y’know, consistently provide the service I’m paying for? In what universe does it make sense to turn off my data at midnight? Not impressed at all.
