    @Bell_Support Yes we have rebooted every receiver possible and now receivers are frozen on the bell fibe screen ... wish I had the 2-3 hours to sit on the phone with a technician that will tell me to redo what I had already done. Hopefully it will fix itself overnight.

    @Bell_Support I hid and locked everything and they still were displayed. That's why I called. And now I still have that problem PLUS my signal/picture sucks right now. A reboot made things worse

    @smacdonald__ @Bell @SamsungMobile You may also want to ask why they are charging BC residents the $. 75 for 911 service when their website doesn't show BC as one of the provinces that charges for it.

    .@Bell gave their account a credit before this all happened. They were trying to use a credit left on their account. All of this trouble, customer service being rude to them for hours, the surly tech damaging their house, was all to use a credit on their account. .@Bell_Support

    Hey .@Bell .@Bell_Support I'd like to tell you a story about my parents. They're good people. They're older people. They just sold their home and downsized. And they wanted TV in their new home. So they tried to connect their #BellExpressVu satellite boxes. Bad idea.
