    @seanryanangling @Bell_Support I’ve had so many issues I literally just gave up. That’s how you know it’s sad, I have four services with them and can’t be bothered to deal with my issues, because trying to sort them out is more stressful. I can’t cancel either, because I’m on contract for my business.

    @Bell_Support You can just say if there’s an outage. I don’t need someone to tell me to restart my router if there’s a systemwide issue.

    @seanryanangling @Bell_Support It’s actually the worst customer service on the planet! I learned they have outsourced all support to the Phillipenes, and their business support to the Caribbean somewhere. Zero accountability, you just end up in the call loop.

    @Bell_Support Having difficulty with AltTV. Keep seeing the error 1009m/2 and losing service despite restarting modem several times. Only lasts a little while before it stops working again. Please advise.
