I am glad that we finally live in a place where we can be what is called in the business a Promo Jumper. So I say this with pleasure bye bye @rogers and hello @bell. that fiasco was the last straw, I have to pay way more for a service that is unrealiable how about no.

@Bell Ever since something overheated in the summer last year your reception in the Okanagan had been bad. I talked to several people today, same for everyone with Bell

  • ryanrdt Jack-A-Roe (@ryanrdt) reported

@Mos_7ek @Rogers @Bell Bell is worse. Go to TELUS maybe? 10 years and my cell phone has never once not worked.

  • roblamberti1 rob lamberti (@roblamberti1) reported

Sixth phone call from @bell Canada in week and half to get a landline hooked up. They work awfully hard to avoid doing the job. Awful service. @CRTCeng

@Bell_Support Having wireless Issues for the past couple days in K1J. Calls breaking up, is there a system issue that will be resolved?

  • zabazibo zabazibo (@zabazibo) reported

Got new @Bell internet 2 weeks ago and it is not working properly since. 1 port keeps failing. Getting half speed they promised. sure they will charge me full. Not sure which one is worse having issues every day or switch Rogers and have issue one full day with everyone else.

  • roblamberti1 rob lamberti (@roblamberti1) reported

@Bell @bell. You would be a good company if you provided good service. Can’t get a landline in the 905 region. Half of the phone calls say a tech is company. The other half say the tech isn’t coming.

  • dorothyboruta 𝒟𝑜𝓇𝑜𝓉𝒽𝓎 (@dorothyboruta) reported

Hey @Bell_Support this is the third major internet issue we’ve had in 1.5 yrs causing my husband and I to lose days of work. Talking to tech support and the most they can do is apologize and send a tech over while the service continues to get worse and our bill increases?

  • Douges60 Douges (@Douges60) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

@Bell_Support @bell just like you guys to get back to me and make like it never happened. Of course you can give me the original offer after I complain. I’ll never take your offer now. Can hardly wait to be rid of you guys. I’ll take @rogers even with service disruptions. #Rogers contact me

I have one bar of service and I am 200m from your "fully functional" temporary service tower, @bell. This has been going on for weeks. Pull your finger out and get the new tower operational.
