oh @bell selling one thing, delivering another, and then not having anyone available to help a customer is #badservice. I'm not surprised, but just really need help to cancel my bait and switch home security @Bell_Support so I can go to elsewhere.

Last week I cancelled my @Fidomobile service & moved over to @Bell, where I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro. When asked today by Fido why I left, I had two reasons: (1) July 8th: the poor communication and almost insulting 5 day credit and (2) the lack of 5G (by Fido).
