@Bell_Support wasted 3 hours last night w 'support': said techs can revert account 2 former platform; 2 hours this a.m. online- found NOTHING. POST A LINK for specific issues noted above especially 're-dated' emails: most from this week now dated Dec/9/21: need 2 preserve original legal dates

@Bell_Support Let's talk about inelegant, non-intuitive, bungled 'beta' launch of ur 'new' email platform: legal emails & in most folders from within past week appear now w YESTERDAY'S date (FFS); can't open 2-4 emails @ same time; folders keep collapsing Chat can't help cuz not familiar yet🤬

Day 6 without service from @Bell Miraculously someone called last night… to say they don’t have a bucket truck to fix lines and don’t know when they will :> That’s all. Maybe they can ask @Rogers for help? Since they came with 2 bucket trucks within 20 hr to fix their lines :)
