@tysmo @Bell_Support In any event, I trust this manditory Fibe shutdown timer is simply to save IPTV network resources. If they can cut off receivers and shut most them down overnight, and well into the next day, why wouldn't they? It makes sense from a network resource perspective.

For ABSOLUTE Shame @Bell.... A customer has made a payment and ALSO given a date for their next installment But INSTEAD of switching them BACK ON...what do you do??? You try to chase after MORE of your total and ATTEMPT to leave your customers hanging for 20 BLOODY DAYS!! SHAME!!

@Bell_Support My internet connection is down more than 9 hours. Pathetic service. They are having worst customer service. Funny thing is there support not work from 12am to 7am

@tysmo @Bell_Support Bell support directly said it was for "energy saving" purposes, their words (doesn't mean it's true). Interestingly, to switch to their business Fibe service, it costs slightly less on a 1:1 for what I have now. Bell said it wouldn't make a difference re: "press select", though.
