holy **** @bell_support your site actually removes cheaper phones and plans the second you log in --- couldn't upgrade without getting help from an agent who then said ill be charged 50$. what a farce.

@grantmccagg I'm in the GTA & we don't have access to @Bell Fibe. Looking at changing 2 I'm with @Rogers, on the old system (not the newer Ignite they advertize) I hate it. So slow & 3 of us can't be on at same time. I know Fido/Virgin piggyback so quality will be same but at least cheaper

Can anyone at @Bell_Support help me? I have been trying to get my @Bell services set up in my new building @Blendtek_Inc since June (4 months ago) and have yet to have a resolution. I will be moving in any day now and need phone/internet! #helpme #customerservice
