    @bell new home customer internet/cable. placed a call July 30th. Only getting partial service promised by salesman. No callback yet. Not a good start

    @Reil76 @Bell Lose the wire and get Starlink. Rogers/Shaw has issues here between copper thieves and strong winds causing unstable internet. I’ll bypass them both.

    @Bell @Bell_Support I tried to log into my sympatico account to check emails, but got an error message "You have entered invalid credentials. Please try again." Is it just me or it's a technical issue on Bell's site?

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

CTV/Bell are only guilty of laziness here

    @Bell_Support We have had terrible service in Muskoka for the past year. Sometimes I cannot even send a text it times out. It is not uncommon for a call to drop 2-3 times …..so frustrating and we pay high rates! Terrible reception

    @Bell Na don’t need to lose anymore time talking about what’s wrong. Maybe you guys should fix all your problems and start fixing all those tickets you guys are getting.
