@Bell my phone, 204-724-7043 was suspended because I couldn’t pay the bill. The bill is paid in full and I want my phone reactivated at no charge. If not possible then cancel my services and I’ll go to Rogers

WHERE is the modem I was PROMISED would be delivered THIS MORNING?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??! In over five years I've have NEVER had SO MUCH trouble with @Bell_Support. I'm sorry to say you are reminding me of #Rogers. Absolutely TERRIBLE.

@dp115 @koodo @Bell Just to warn you: when I was with Bell, I called to cancel my service and they said they canceled it. They continued to bill me for 6 more months despite calling repeatedly, asking to cancel my mobile service. I ended up having to pay $300 because they lied to me.

After 8 mos @Bell_Support finally came to replace the line to our house. The tech was supposed to come back today to connect the new line. In the process their subcontractor cut the old line so we (and our neighbour) currently have no service /1
