    Trying to REPLY to a time sensitive email sent by my psychologist. @Bell has kicked back my reply 3x now saying it doesn't trust the sender. HE EMAILED ME FIRST. This is a major problem, and poor form. Reason 5932 why I left Bell years ago.

    @ColonelAngus17 @Bell @FreedomMobile I have very poor coverage at the farm. I get some at times but its not reliable at the farm. The big three are the only carriers. If I were just in Toronto, freedom mobile would be good. The Big three screw us all.

    @Bell_Support I don't have an account for this service. This is the problem. I have 3 cell phones with you. And was looking for internet. You have my number in case I was hung up on, and you didn't call me back. I'll send another DM. But I am pretty upset and the lack of customer service

    Of the "big three", the one I've consistently had issues with is @bell. Every single time I move I set my internet up with them. Guess what? Every single time I am without internet for nearly half a month despite ordering their services a month ahead. Three times in a row now.

    @Bell Might want to tell your cold call sales people that hanging up on potential customers is not the way to go. He didn’t like that I said no to home phone service.

    @Bell_Support should I just switch companies with how bad the service is since I went from bell mts to bell? If I can’t use my data because you have it slowed down all month then your company is useless to me. So sick of this ****.
