Trying to REPLY to a time sensitive email sent by my psychologist. @Bell has kicked back my reply 3x now saying it doesn't trust the sender. HE EMAILED ME FIRST. This is a major problem, and poor form. Reason 5932 why I left Bell years ago.

@ColonelAngus17 @Bell @FreedomMobile I have very poor coverage at the farm. I get some at times but its not reliable at the farm. The big three are the only carriers. If I were just in Toronto, freedom mobile would be good. The Big three screw us all.

@MobileSyrup The price of the unit is not the issue, it's their rate plans that make it ridiculous. @Bell wants $85/mo plan. That is Ludacris.

@Bell your wifi is so spotty and inconsistent, my family pays for your gigabit internet and I get ping in the thousands of hundreds no matter what I'm doing. It's so unstable would not recommend.

Rather than satisfying me as a customer, @bell is now paying staff to go through phone recordings to scrutinize conversations. It's been 5 months of wrong bills. Hours of phone calls. You just made things worse @Bell_Support

So anyone else still waiting on their pathetically small rebate from @Fidomobile or @Bell? Seems they have taken lessons from @icbc about promises of rebates and not delivering. Is gaslighting customers the new service levels we are to expect from billion dollar companies now?

@Bell_Support Hi - I am thinking of switching to fibe internet and tv. A neighbour got it via a salesperson at the door and got free installation and $150 prepaid visa plus $40 off for two years on 1.5gb service and good tv package. How do I get this deal?

@zoewhittall @Bell I got a random text from Bell last week telling me that it was important to keep my address up to date because 911 on mobile will send emergency services to the address on file, not where my phone is. So that was nice
