@Bell fix your “high speed” data and stop advertising “reduced speed” data because it’s none existent. I either get somewhat usable data when I have “high speed” or I don’t get anything with your “reduced speed”

@Bell_Support Not sure if you’ve had any reports, but I’m having some mobility issues and so are some other people in my building. Any known issues in St. John’s right now?

@brittlestar @Bell_Support Years ago through their live chat. “My landline is not working, and 310-BELL is not functioning either to get assistance” “to ensure I have this right, your landline isn’t working and you can’t reach us through 310-BELL?” “Yes” “please call 310-BELL for assistance” 😳

@RogersHelps @Bell Not only has this been an experience of nothing but frustration, but I've learned the Rogers support people like to lie, having just been told over chat that there is an area outage... Except that's what we're using to talk to them.

Hey @Bell...I pay $20/month for your @TSN Live app which constantly conks out preventing me from watching NBA games. I end up watching the game through other sources which are free of charge, making me realize I never need to pay you again. Your business model is weird.

@AureliaCotta @brittlestar I see that the 3000 modem that I got from Bell has a battery bay. I wonder if powering that would help in a blackout? @Bell_Support

And nothing to do with anything on-site. Rogers won't help me out do anything to correct the situation, causing me to lose work days as a result. This is entirely unacceptable and I will have to move my business elsewhere with my only other option being @Bell.

@BrianG416 @brittlestar @Bell_Support Every Blackout I have ever had—the battery carried on, but then it died. It never lasted as long as the blackout. And it doesn’t matter anyway if the blackout happens because of a storm where a tree branch or ice storm takes out wires. (Phone lines used to be carried separately)

@BrianTPhoto @brittlestar @Bell_Support can you recommend any good trolling techniques? like, let me call you at your house later tonight etc .. I hate them but kinda feel bad too - they’re obviously unable to get any better work ..

@brittlestar @Bell_Support This is a huge problem for BellMTS customers in MB - the poor customer service, hopefully not the landline ridicule - people had to get the CRTC involved to get Bell engaged. 😠
