    My TV is down. I waited half an hour for TV technical support @Bell_Support Then, Bell disconnected the line. Then, I waited for over an hour... Wide outage in the region. Service is still not restored. Do I need to switch to Rogers to be able to watch TV?

    @Bell_Support honestly this is absolutely insane and telling ppl to hang tight and think them like they have a choice adds insult to injury! Internet down - which means TV - that I get. Your auto prompts in calls are off as well!!!! Been waiting 20mins for a human!

    @Bell_Support when will you fix the Fibe tv outage? I pay an arm and a leg for this service and you get subsidized by the government as well via my taxes

    Get It Together, Bell! This now 4 + hour cable outage mess continues. Ridiculous. I, like many, will be calling tomorrow to find out what kind of refund I'm getting on my cable bill which without warning went up $40/month last week. Remember my tweet last week, @Bell_Support?
