So that was interesting. Had to call @Bell_Support Tech support to figure out wtf was up with my modem. Apparently either someone at Bell logged into my account, or the system did, and changed the modem in my account from a HH3000, to a HH4000. Without actually changing the modem

@Bell terrible service, been trying to solve a wire issue for the past 5 years that spans from my neighbors house to mine. At least 20 calls later, 5-6 visits, and countless amount of hours wasted. I’m finally cancelling. Forget this.

@Bell you're internet & tech support service is really bad!!! I switched to @Bell and 2 days in, I have NO INTERNET. Customer support took an hour on a call just to tell me that a technician can be sent only 24 hrs later for a fix. Clearly not #bellforbetter, it's so much worse!
