@Bell_Support 14 years with Rogers never have I ever had this horrible experience as a customer! Talking to the walls or someone from overseas that are programmed robots that don't understand how we do business in Canada! If a customer asks to speak to management then DO IT! 2/2

@Bell_Support Don’t thank me . I’m pissed . My mom has been a customer since 1980 ! Probably longer then most of you idiots have been alive. So your box’s fail after 6 months? She on a fixed income and recently had a stroke . You’d better act accordingly. Or you’ll never hear the end of it .
