  @Bell_Support @jvlibrary We called bell at 3:30pm and the message said there is outage until at least 7:30pm. Sounds like a fibre cut to me.

  I hate to write this, but #BellTV in western Canada is useless. Their equipment doesn’t meet the user’s needs, service is subpar, and customer support is incompetent. Overall very inadequate. Go elsewhere. This is why streaming is winning. @Bell_Support

  @Bell This add is funny. We have these in our home and the signal still drops, ALL the time🙄. Your internet service is too expensive to be so faulty.

  @Bell If anyone wants services shop around and if Bell offers anything please ask for it I’m writing. I was ripped off after cancelling my service coming back to bell now my offers are being denied and was told if I don’t have it I. Writing I am lying.

  So, our business is moving locations. I called @Bell over a month ago to let them know and have our service moved over. The service call was scheduled for today but nobody showed up. Spent the last two hours on the phone will them, they say there’s a problem with work order.

  @Bell_Support worst decision I ever made, changing to Bell Fibe internet/ tv.. Terrible connection issues and complete outages !

  @Bell_Support Fibe has been down since 3pm. What’s the ETA on getting it fixed? I have no internet, no TV and no phone working. Good thing my @Rogers cell is working! .... so far
