  • SandwichDiva66 Cassandra Reese (@SandwichDiva66) reported

@Bell why am I still waiting to talk to a rep after 1 hour? Maybe I should just unplug all of your crap, get a new provider and not pay you anymore? You can't provide customer service. Your music SUCKS and has static to make us hang up. Step it up, for Pete's sake.

  • Firrae Steve Lambe (@Firrae) reported

@Bell_Support We got it solved yesterday when we finally got through to someone at support.

  • LalliSunny Blacksunshine93 (@LalliSunny) reported

@Bell Bell is a BS company. Ripping everyone off. Bot to mention horrible sales practices.

@Bell_Support is there an internet outage in the area of L5C4H3 Mississauga, ON? No internet here.

  • pdinott Peter Donnelly (@pdinott) reported

Looks like we may soon be a @Rogers customer. After 3.5 months of frustration with @Bell, innumerable calls to customer support, and 5 technical visits we still have no telephone, internet or TV. They literally keep cutting their own lines! We’re done.

  • jeffrey3927 Jeffrey1 (@jeffrey3927) reported

@JeffreyLuscombe @Bell_Support Good luck with that. I always put "support" or "service" in quotes because both are figments. We get neither service nor support.

  • nighttrain99ca Kevin (@nighttrain99ca) reported

@Bell So now you’re offering people a paid solution to the crappy coverage your whole home routers supply ? That’s rich🤔

  • Roscopcoletrain Scott (@Roscopcoletrain) reported

  • 1977dually Jimbo Nice (@1977dually) reported

@Bell_Support my cell service and internet in Big Pond Nova Scotia died at 12:30pm Friday. It's now 56 hours without any communication service. Where is it?
