One of them took it. What else is missing that we don't know? Symptomatic of a bigger problem... Respond pls.

I pay $100 mth for the service. Never had an issue with them.

He called me a "loyal customer" and it would be locked in except for standard increase. Gone up about $20 in 7 years.And I don't have to " threaten' them anymore
