@JustANe04349165 @Bell I mean it's not like @Bell_Support could have offered up some kind of actual solution for you on the day you brought it up that they made an error. God forbid they accept responsibility for a mistake! Then again thay would probably just jump everyone's bill by $2 to compensate

@Bell_Support @Bell DID get some guy to call me. Says three weeks, argued about definition of "available" and "fiber straight to house". Offered MiFi stick. Too late! Why not on April 9 when you failed to provide what you agreed to? Plus pointless - had to get emergency service.

Hi @Bell_Support me again. Why no 5G network even in the near future for London, ON? Just upgraded to a 5G device, and it seems wont even have access to 5g until my term ends? Yikes.

Attempting to have @bell install internet. Ordered March 26th. Two failed service calls (April 9th and 13th), and a service call they cancelled on the 16th. Shouldn’t be this difficult!

@Bell_Support @JustANe04349165 At this point how about the fastest internet you can offer once the problem is "fixed", his bill for the current ISP paid for because of your "mistake", and a year of free service.
