    @Bell_Support mobility internet is at 4.61 Mbps up and .96 Mbps down in Hamilton. Is the service down? Hwy 403 and Aberdeen area. Everything is slow or won’t connect

    @Bell_Support Lol, i cant call to even make the complaint that the service is horrible… i legit have to walk up a trail, and stand on a rock….I actually have to resort to my wifi for msgs and social media access as it wont send a txt either…

    I called @bell and @Rogers about a fallen branch potentially pulling down wires behind the vacant neighbour's property. Rogers was the only one that came to have a look. If they can convince the @TownofNewmarket to take care of the heavy branch, that would be cool.

    Another challenging day for telecom on #peleeisland Landline down yesterday. 🚫 cell service means 🚫 internet or any way to call anyone in an 🚨. Huge companies with huge dividends like @Bell can do better for rural + isolated communities. Ask Elon how. #CRTC #connectivity

    @sonataarctica19 @Bell They are. They tried to put me in a contract that I never agreed too. If I didn’t have the recordings To show to their head office I would have been screwed. The fact that this company is still in existence is crazy to me. I paid off my bill and now they’re saying I owe

    @Nanal0l @Bell i remember like a decade back working customer support for koodo we would reverse overages like this all the time, try calling if you havent already and explain the situation :)

    @Bell_Support I doubt Bell could be of any service. Shouldn't take multiple calls/contacts to get a wire buried that your contractors cut in November. Same result each time, send a tech who says that cable needs to be replaced and it doesn't get replaced. Work order not "assigned".
