    @Humanitaires @Bell_Support Well, that's sad to hear. I had bad experience with Bell, moved to Virgin and now it's just same all over!! No one cares in this line of business.

    @Bell you need to work on your customer service to not upset your long time clients. It should NOT be this hard to upgrade a phone.

    @Bell_Support got Bell Fibe & Alt TV installed yesterday. Stopped working today. Tech support said replace modem, done. Still no internet. Now told noone can come til tomorrow PM. Not being offered anything or a credit on our bill but we have no service! Bad first impression!

    @Golfisa4ltrword @Bell Then it will hang up... been there dome that. Now I'm telling my story 3h a day until someone high take my list of complaints. But no director bother... I had a supervisor but he told me he didnt care!

    @Bell You need to let subscribers unlocking the additional content from the Global TV app. HGTV, Food Network, W Network, Slice, National Geographic and Adult Swim. It sounds like your the only provider that don't let subscribers have access from what I have read online.
