@Toywheels @Bell_Support Virtual outage check hasn't changed since 7am Dec 24. I msgd on here again now says 10:57am Dec 26 (same time was said Dec 25 the day before) hope your service comes back soon as well! Happy holidays!

No internet or TV since December 22. Would you go crazy? Would your kids go crazy? No Christmas shows, no news, nothing. Worst part, I live in the city and we had NO STORM?!?!?. @Bell @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support Home phone has been out since evening of December 23rd. Told yesterday service would be restored between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. TODAY. Still out. Then changed to December 26th. We live in a rural area with extremely limited cell service. We don’t have access to 911. Now what?

@Bell my folks are paying 90$ a month for their package - however I've yet to watch anything without it freezing mid show. Y'all really need to up your valley service. Half the village can't have the same access as the other half

@Bell_Support Nothing to look into- I’ve used the virtual repair tool more times then I can count - I’ve been in chats with one of your service reps.. “it was an authentication issue” so they say and then back to losing internet and having to use my data … I’m just going to cogeco now
