I am guessing @Bell doesn't let me tweet because all of their employees giggle or hang up on me. Neither is funny.

@Bell your customer service sucks. Your customer service reps are ignorant as ****.

@Bell_LetsTalk Time for @Bell's marketing campaign that takes advantage of serious issues for their cheapest promotion of the year. Push their name trending for less than the cost if a single 30 second Super Bowl ad all while guilting people into doing the work for them.😡 Then writing it off.

Just spent a super frustrating 2.5 hours on the phone with @bell mobility after 8 years of being a customer trying to get them to honor what one of their agents told me about my phone plan. Went nowhere. What a waste. #bellmobility

@Bell_Support I did DM you and please help to get modem today only as we can not do any work without that. I am ready to pick up any store near by. 2 stores near by told me they don’t have modem and that is absurd service and wrong info given by customer service on phone.

@justinpitcher @Bell I absolutely agree. Sasktel has a service that's 10 down 2 up and it's $150 a month. After 200GB it's throttled to 2 down, 256k up. Or, pay $100 for 100GB and then pay $20/25GB up to 100GB then $3/GB after that. Neither of them are even useful with those limits.
