    @Bell_Support @nunomatchup Trace routes are only getting two hops (one hop after my router) and dying and can’t ping the Bell or Google DNS. It’s an issue...

    @tickytacky23 @CKWS_Shauna @Bell You can still make 911 calls as long as there is some cell service in the area (I'm with Rogers and mine is up) regardless of your own provider or account. Bell still needs to fix the problem quickly though.

    @Bell_Support my internet is down for the last hour or so here in Kingston, ON. My neighbors are on the same plate. Looks to be a dns outage.I am on hold on the support line for last 45 minutes. Please provide an update.

    @Bell_Support @Bell Just got off the phone with one of the “technical issue reps” obviously couldn’t help or wouldn’t be reaching out. Sending a tech again, the last tech said he didn’t need to be sent...will that happen again? #CantWorkFromHome
