    @Bell_Business @Bell Worst service ever. Been waiting one month for an internet installation to only find out its been delayed another month. On top of that Bell told me that I denied a temp line install meanwhile im the one that recommended a temp line install to the technician. Can't believe this

    @Bell Hey Bell #LetsTalk shall we. For the past 2 years I've had horrible network service every time I call I get the same excuse where you team is just starting to do repairs on your towers. When I ask how long will it take you say I don't know could take weeks, months upto 1 year.

    no network (or landline dial tone) since sunday eve. so far three @Bell_Support tech, one to find a damage at the branch office, another to repair that, another to request cable crew. expecting another two days of no service. it is mind-boggling. can’t escalate, no details…

    recently switched from @Rogers to @Bell. Had a technical issue, which was eventually resolved....but the customer service @Bell is equally inept. Not sure why im surprised by this....

    @Bell Customer for 25 years- just ordered sim from new provider- all I'm worth to you is $10 off per month when others I'm not even with are providing me a plan at a $50 savings per month! My hair isn't even grey!

    @rastasack @Bell Depending upon where you are in the house, we have no cell service. That is why we still -theoretically- have a land line. But it is constantly in need of repair.
