@Bell_Support But why do I have to resort to searching Twitter and the Bell Forums to find out there's been a problem with my email for the past 5 hours? Just display the status right on the My Bell site, and without having to log in!!

@Bell_Support Both Fibe TV & email not working. Again. The fact that #Bell actually acknowledges this outage means it's affecting many users. Otherwise, they try to get away with not addressing outages at all. Maybe Bell should test fully before executing system changes that affect service..?

@Bell_Support This is a bad outage that affected all my Bell email (DNS) & intermittent issues with other services. H-A-C-K, but like Rogers, Bell will probably cook up some excuse. This is the problem with an always-online world, the world is always online trying to steal your data & money.

@Bell is chasing Rogers for poor system uptime. Email has not been working since yesterday.

@RookieHockey420 @Bell How about Ajax L1T 3M7. This area has the worst internet and cannot support the requirements of the times.

@Bell_Support And did anyone else notice when calling Bell Support that there are no more PIN numbers? Great. Now the 3rd World will resume their basic social engineering tricks ("Me lost password, me on vacation") and regularly steal our account & email data, which Bell gives away like candy.

@Bell_Support @Bell I called Bell as my e- mail was not working at 6.45 this morning. There was no recording advising of outage. I called back again at 8.55 and this time waited one hour 10 minutes only for your service rep to say there was a server issue and hopefully would be resolved soon

@Bell_Support @Bell I was advised by customer service that this was a planned maintenance. Why weren’t we advised!? Where’s the compensation for a full day outage?
