Picture this: your internet keeps cutting out so you contact @Bell @Bell_Support and they tell you to wait at home and a technician will be there between 8 am and 5pm so you cancel apts and wait at home ALL DAY and no one shows up and now your internet still doesn’t work!!! 😡

  • rob_kempson Rob Kempson (@rob_kempson) reported

@BeauSlips @Bell Maybe. The service has been inconsistent at best. And actually getting in touch with someone at the company to help us a nightmare. I’d say if your service is working, hold on and hope it stays that way.

  • JamesRutkay James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell_Support Good morning Bell, I lost my FIBE TV service this morning around 6:15am EST. I’m in Guelph and online searches say there’s no service disruption. Reboot done twice. Didn’t do anything. Just a black screen and no menu functions. (Still better than Rogers!)
