@RolandCsach @Bell I use a hard-line connection for everything except my phone and laptop. The lag is absolutely because Bell's service is garbagio.

@Bell I can't get any help from your contact centers!!! I originally subscribed for cell phone service but never received the phone! For 3 months now, I am being charged for a service that I do not have. NO ONE AT BELL CALL CENTERS IS HELPING ! PLEASE someone at BELL HELP!

@Bell_Support Two adults WFH, and two kids attending virtual class via Zoom, and #Bell Internet has packed it in. Help desk says there is no issue reported, but ppl are lighting up the internet with complaints. My cell data is going through the roof!

@peterfromottawa @tamimsab @Bell I've also had both and would wait days for tech support to arrive because Rogers and Bell customers get priority. Fibe is the name for the service but it only works if your building is equipped with fiber. While Bell is terrible, the service and speed over fiber is unmatched.
