Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!

Sharing info for others to show this was not a user/modem issue.

It should have a high priority repair for safety. They'll still want to compensate you for inconvenience, and lower your bill for days of no service. It's a public utility
