My area has had an Internet outage for FOUR consecutive days.@Bell_Support has no idea what’s going on. I’ve already missed two days of work and at this rate who knows if we’ll have Internet on Monday

She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months

Activate the sim card by migrating your existing number to it. You can call the customer to help you to do that. Downloaded PcMobile app. Choose the data plan you want.

After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved.
