Hi @Bell_Support our internet and phone lines stopped working at 4pm today. 3 hours, 5 calls to Bell, different departments and disconnections and told tech can’t help us until Thursday July 1st. Small business relying on phone and internet. This isn’t acceptable. We need help!

@Bell_Support it has now been 11.5 hours with no internet. I've sacrificed a day of work because yet again you can't get your 💩 together. You tell me 4pm it will be back on...I phone at 530pm you proceed to tell me 9pm. It's now 910pm were is my internet? #garbage

@UniforTheUnion @Bell why would an employee that doesn't get the same pension, etc. vote yes to strike to support people they don't even know and possibly lose money(income) and/or their job? They have nothing to gain from it. They aren't 'brothers' and 'sisters' as u say.

It hurt me to see honest customers being taking advantage of it and every time I tried doing something as they said we should like above & beyond I got taken off call. @Bell I have been contacting your customer service since Dec 2020 for a $500 credit back! Have called 10 times! Have been promised that a supervisor will follow up but nothing! Ridiculous Service! Don't recommend @Bell to anyone!
