I had been out running errands & working outside most of day, only realized TV was not working near 9pm. Guess scheduled shows won't be recorded to PVR. Watching Netflix.

He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. If you don’t remove them without charging me don’t worry I’ll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.
