We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didnโt send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they donโt appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

I had been out running errands & working outside most of day, only realized TV was not working near 9pm. Guess scheduled shows won't be recorded to PVR. Watching Netflix.
