They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isn’t a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they don’t I’m going to downgrade back to one screen

All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.
