Marko Ollonqvist (@OllonqvistMarko) reported from Toronto, Ontario@RogersHelps Thank you! This is how you show appreciation & respect towards your customer; it doesn't even matter that I'm no longer with you guys, but I sure will reconsider my decision after this. @Bell has a lot to learn from you guys; they only reacted when I made this a public matter.

Aric Guité (@aricguite) reported from Pape Village, Ontario@shawnmicallef @JasonParis @Bell @BellMediaPR I’ve been in contact with the city about this, and last summer there was a “pilot program” to test removing those. Now they’re going ahead, with the intention of removing the ***** next. The designed a bad bin, and now they’re giving up on maintaining it.
-
Mark Pereira (@mark_pereira) reported from Toronto, OntarioNever ever sign up with @bell for anything. They do not care about customers. They lied to me and give zero cares in helping me do what they told me they could. The @CRTCeng should investigate - this is false advertising and fraud.
-
Mark Pereira (@mark_pereira) reported from Toronto, OntarioTo anyone out there stay away from @bell - basically turning to a daily twitter crusade campaign to call them out everyday. #bell #canada #lies #worst #service #company #stayaway
-
Carlos Carli (@CarlosCarli) reported from Toronto, OntarioSwitched from @Rogers to @Bell based on a promise of faster internet speed. Disappointed outcome after just 24 hours. Bell might be faster since it uses finer optics, but their current hardware bottlenecks the wifi capabilities. I’m multiple tests with support tier 1,2 and 3
-
Jon Irwin (@jonirwin) reported from Toronto, OntarioThank you @Bell for raising my bill by $60 without warning I will be switching to @Rogers because they help keep your bill low.
-
Marko Ollonqvist (@OllonqvistMarko) reported from Toronto, Ontario1/3: @Bell just screwed me. They said they will cancel my Rogers network connection, but didn't do so. Then they promised me that they will contact their back office and get back to me within 24 hours - they didn't nor were they even going to (yeah, they actually said that).
-

Ryan (@biz_crs) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support all three support numbers I’ve been given have redirected me to Bell Aliant. I live in Ontario. Agents claim they can’t transfer me. The store can’t help...I just wanna talk to a human being about being grossly overbilled for the past 6 months. Please DM.
-
Dennis Gouin (@nippydmg) reported from Ajax, Ontario@bell @Bell_Support worst service ever. Call for one thing and they raise your bill. Rip off of a company gues we have no choice when they have the monopoly and there’s only 2 to choose from. I’ll cancel everything I have with them shortly #bellservicesucks #bellcanada

Marko Ollonqvist (@OllonqvistMarko) reported from Toronto, Ontario3/3: So @Bell is a company who gives you empty promises and their installations may cause a life threatening situation. And they will give you a 15 dollars discount for all the problems they've caused. So keep away from them. They say they are the best, but that's a lie. #Bell
-
Patrick Lauria (@patricklauria) reported from Toronto, Ontario@beatrixarthur @Bell Ya, it's too bad. I liked @bell for the most part.
-
Mark Pereira (@mark_pereira) reported from Toronto, Ontario1/2 So @Bell just decides that lies are ok. Been three months trying to activate esim since I became a new activation. Completely ****** me around coerced me into starting a plan with a physical sim knowing they would not be able to support a move to esim.
-
Fred Bricon (@fbricon) reported from Toronto, OntarioSuper pissed at @Bell_Support for not showing up not once but twice, to repair my broken fiber optic cable, while feeding me bullshit over the phone. Maybe I'll be luckier tomorrow.
Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Chris Dean (@Readthetype) reported@Bell_Support Are you trolling me & I just can’t tell, or am I trapped in the bizarro-matrix? Are your “support” staff so grossly incompetent that they genuinely can’t understand the paradox when they say “If your phone is broken, please call…”?!?
-
Etaoin Shrdlu (@Shrdlu) reported@Bell So, your modems have poor coverage and you think people should pay $138 a year when they could buy three D-Link AC1750 Mesh Wi-Fi Range Extenders for about the same cost? Sounds like a Bell business model alright.
-
Sarah Macdonald (@mamarunsfor3) reportedAfter cancelling some of our services to move to @Bell, they are now telling us our service will be activated in ANOTHER 7 business days. We ordered this service a month ago and activated it last week. Honestly, no one wants our money and I am happy to keep it. #allofthemsuck
-
Chris Dean (@Readthetype) reported@Bell_Support If, when faced with a technical problem, your advice is “Try calling us using our competitors network, because, apparently, they have their **** together when we don’t” then you *seriously* need to reconsider your line of work. 1/2
-
indie (@timesiick) reported@TorontoDefiant @overwatchleague @Bell **** WHY ARE PLANE TICKETS SO EXPENSIVE.
-
Janet Francis (@mrsjanetdean) reported@Bell_Support we’ve been without service for 2 days now and although the outage was repaired two days ago the neighbour & I still have no service and are still waiting for the “we’ll call you back in 2 hours” call - that was 24 hours ago. You gonna cover my data overage?
-
TM (@tonnim) reportedHonestly, @Bell_Support how can Bell justify over charging Canadians for the WORST services. Your email platform is clunky, annoying and lame. If I used it for business I'd be out of business.
-
Ryan (@rye_b) reportedHey @Bell do you train your installers to open a customer’s door and stick their (unmasked) head inside to announce their presence, or is that going above and beyond for customer satisfaction?
-
4Patients613YOW (@4patients613YOW) reported@Bell_Support is email down in Ontario?
-
Gilles Allain (@gillesallainGD) reportedWell week four of waiting for any kind of answer from @Bell_Support @bell Amazing that this corporate colossus cannot figure out how to add a new street address to their system and tell us if there is any way we can get service or not. It really sounds simple. @DeniseC41643393
