We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didnโt send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months

I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. Iโm likely to switch back shortly.
