  @ShamanaDreams @Bell We had one out the other week again and he told us this whole time we never actually had bell “fibre optics” it was the old wiring and a ****** old modem which is why it wouldn’t reach half the house and we kept getting “blackouts” of service

  If you’re considering switching your internet provider, DON’T switch to @Bell. My area has had an Internet outage for FOUR consecutive days.@Bell_Support has no idea what’s going on. I’ve already missed two days of work and at this rate who knows if we’ll have Internet on Monday

  @imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

  @mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA It is. That has nothing to do with it. Netflix used to be available on BELL fibe and now it no longer is. It’s not an “account issue” I have a Samsung smart tv luckily it has a separate app for Netflix, figured it out

  @Bell @Bell_Support Pathetic service. My monthly payment was deducted, then reversed and I was charged a $30 NSF fee 3 times. Bell store told me to call Bell Finance Support, but my outgoing calls are barred. Why can't store handle billing issues? Very frustrating.

  @cityoftoronto what a ridiculous, outdated requirement that our pool cannot open because @Bell cannot sort the line needed for emergency landline telephone. Most people here wouldn’t know how to use a landline and in an emergency would use their mobile.

  Called Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today.   @Bell I confirmed on Fri. and Sat. that I had a tech appt for Monday. I call on Mon they can’t find the appt or any info on me!! 3 weeks I have waited for internet/cable. Worst company ever! I had no troubles w Rogers. Wish I could go back. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  @Bell_Support Countless phone calls hours spent on the phone waiting. Not one email sent to me. Finally told on the last phone call. You don’t have those receivers so if you want one, you have to buy one ??? WTF it’s simple one honest phone call made at the very beginning and chaos ever since
