@Bell This is not true. any rain or storm. If your neighbour had bell expect interfering and signal loss. and it’s 150$ and the pods suck and turn off by them self. should have stuck with cogeco.

  • MacissacDave Dave MacIssac (@MacissacDave) reported

@Bell Terrible service that you need to pay extra just to boost to decent levels

  • Eugenie_dy Eugénie (@Eugenie_dy) reported

@Bell_Support my mobile internet has been down for about a week now, I was told that it's an area issue (no clue of what it means..) and it should be resolved soon but no indication as of when it will. Can't do much with my smartphone when I am out right now...

  • wyethclarkson Wyeth (@wyethclarkson) reported

@Bell_Support No thank you. You've mislead us more than once and refusing to let us speak to a manager/more senior employee takes away any action a consumer had (aside from dumping your service, which due to your monopolistic practices is complex) #CRTC @BellCanadaWatch

  • Lib_Techie Alison (@Lib_Techie) reported

Thanks @bell @Bell_Support for the added difficulty and stress because you refuse to fix phone traditional home phone lines. It would have been nice if you had informed customers of the change so I could have been prepared.

  • jvr9000 Jordan Roberts (@jvr9000) reported

@Bell I have spoken to 2 agents, and had 3 online chats, in the past four days, all presenting conflicting and wrong information regarding my outage. Where can I access reliable and effective help from you? #pleasehelp

@Bell_Support New Fibe installation in subdivision doesn’t seem to provide stable service. Your rep reset my internet (his words) last night. We went from 220 mbps to just under 500 mbps. My reboots did nothing. We’ve only had it a month - disappointing. Paying for 1.5 but get <500 in home

  • DumoLawrence Van Dumo (@DumoLawrence) reported

@Bell_Support It’s obvious you over sold your service in Bolton Ontario. Having speeds of 2.7 /.5 make your internet useless to me . Support say I will have to wait months for new tower to be built. There are three towers within 5 minute drive from my home . Sound like lame excuses.

  • wilee1949 Mike Brown (@wilee1949) reported

@CraveCanada Thank you for the customer service I expected @bell @CraveCanada which is ZERO.

  • sharuss1 R Smith 🇨🇦 Officially Original (Check Mark here) (@sharuss1) reported

@Bell Inconsistent unstable speeds, even with Pods. Fibe TV has dropped few times this past week alone a d streaming was not stable. Bell reset system. Still lucky to see 500mbps after reset. 500+ would be nice. Not sure we will continue with Bell.
