  @Bell I think your virtual assistance program is broken. I've been trying all day to get to technical support and after in putting all the prompts it goes silent. No transfer, no support, no help and I'm still having issues with my TV freezing!

  How many @Bell technicians does it take to properly run a cable to my house? Tomorrow will be the fifth one in over 2 years who will tell me that they can’t help and it needs to be the infrastructure team. Trees are not cable mounts.

  @Bell If I DM what do you expect me to share with you? Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Do you just have the virtual assistant?

  @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.
