@Bell_Support What’s the point. So you can send 7 more people to come and do nothing. I will be canceling everything with bell asap. Your service is a joke and the fact you charge Pickering as much as people using Fibe shows how ***** you are.

  • CaitlinCull Caitlin Cull (@CaitlinCull) reported

@Bell_Support Update: my partner called back and was on the phone an hour (he left a msg earlier that wasn’t returned). He was told he could wait several days or he could pick up a part and do it himself. Went to get part and was told he has to bring old part back - this was never disclosed

you know, it'd be great if my ping didn't rise like crazy to 200ms-999ms while trying to game. too bad @Bell_Support is ***!

@Bell_Support Any reported issues today in Whitby ?

  • YellingDwnAWell Yelling Down A Well (@YellingDwnAWell) reported

@Bell This is unquestionably false. Fibe is the *worst* internet on the market. Constant lag, *especially* when gaming. If it wasn't forced upon me through an idiotic exclusivity deal in my building, I would use @TekSavvyNetwork -- faster, more reliable, and *private*. ***, Bell!

  • robmpower Rob Power (@robmpower) reported

@Bell_Support Okay it's been almost 12 hours with no service. What's going on????

  • charlenekalia Charlene Kalia (@charlenekalia) reported

  • CanadaGuy64 CanadaGuy64 (@CanadaGuy64) reported

@Bell Maybe start with crappy wifi service first..

  • IvanaSantilli Ivana Santilli (@IvanaSantilli) reported

Hey @Bell_Support & @bestbuy When you get money from our elders for a cable wifi service and a tv, at the very least- give them the decency of a tutorial to show them how to use it. #lockdown doesnt mean take and not help.

  • tincase JHRoberts (@tincase) reported

@Bell In my own experience Bell competed vigorously with Rogers to see who could deliver the worst possible customer service.
