@abbyt133 @Bell I took me over a month from early Sept to early Oct last year to get #bell #Fibe installed since I moved into a new build and I know my neighbour got GB Fibe service and I know it is possible but they said I can only get 100mB. Multiple missed appointments...

@Bell Anyone know a mgr in Mobility who can resolve an overpayment issue? I escalated an issue and I have waited since Nov 26 for a call back. Theyhad advised 48 yo 72hours to Investigate. Ugh!

@Bell_Support He called afterwards to confirm yet again that there were no issues, and at that moment our internet went off again. While your employee kept insisting there was no problem, that it was working on his end, and there was no need to send anyone.
