Well @Bell_Support @Bell I give up. After 20+ years of being a loyal customer, I am done. Useless customer service. All I needed was help with my wifi & then being sent on a wild goose chase for a modem that didn't exist. Rogers now has my business. Do better.

So here we stand. 2.5 weeks since the initial incident, and we are left wondering if the @Bell Canada service department that is either grossly incompetent or giving us the run-around in hopes that we will go away. Either way, I can not recommend this company and its services. 9/

@Bell internet is a scam. They are charging $4/gig after I go over my rocket hub data. A quick 50 dollar max robbery from a loyal customer who pays them over 400 every month. How’s everyone liking their @elonmusk internet? Is it unlimited?
