One would think that a telecom provider would have monitoring tools in place to detect a systemic outage. Instead @Bell_Support treats all customer outage reports from MTL and the surrounding area as unique cases... @Bell keeps showing their poor network management practices.

@Bell_Support I’m on the phone with bell tech support. Drew from customer service just told me the internet in candiac will be back up at midnight today. @Bell_Support can you verify this????

Just spoke with @Bell_Support Their response was that there is a generalized outage in Candiac and the service is forecasted to be back up Tuesday February 23 at 2 pm. 😱😱😱🥶😤

@elonmusk @SpaceXStarlink @Bell Sucks. Paying for two lousy 5/.72 DSL feeds for family of 5 and have been promised fibre for over 4 years! Elon I signed up for beta last year, nothing.. paid two weeks ago for deposit on DISHY! Please make it happen fast!

@EbeaudryEric @Bell_Support They do not have diversity in their network in order to save money. It is a shame for a national tier 1. They use fate sharing to the max.
