@mobinfiltrator @Bell The best choice I ever made was not having my tv/internet from the same provider as my cell. This way if one of them goes down I’m still good.

@Bell satellite is the MOST uselesssssss company in the world. We have not had TV for 6 WEEKS.....I have talked to no less than 15 customer service people and to date have had zero help. Avoid Bell at all costs what a Joke of a company.

@Reil76 @Bell We're still waiting to hear from @Bell regarding our fibre internet installation. We only finally got a line strung parallel to our old one about a month ago, but no new modem and still running off the old DSL crap. Topnotch service. 👍

How many @Bell technicians does it take to properly run a cable to my house? Tomorrow will be the fifth one in over 2 years who will tell me that they can’t help and it needs to be the infrastructure team. Trees are not cable mounts.

@infamousadam13 @Reil76 @Bell My favourite is being a software developer who works in web hosting and virtual servers being asked why I need such high internet speeds? None of your damn business??

@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.

@RogersHelps I spent 2 hours with them yesterday, which were the other option was cancelling and asking the customer to pay the early termination feee. Whereas the it is a network limitation of @Rogers .it ain’t such a remote location , the direct competitor @Bell has a 3gbps for the address

@Bell @telus @Rogers please explain why you scam Canadians while we get the same service or better in the UK for cheap?
