@RobRichRdson @Bell It’s unfortunate to hear about your experience, Richie. It’s important for customer service teams to stay professional at all times. Did the company end up resolving your issue after this interaction?

@Senators @Bell Sucks living so far away..

  • kylie_leblanc1 Kylie (@kylie_leblanc1) reported

@Bell horrible customer service today. Told to leave tenants for 48 hours to get a wire out back up. Unacceptable. No way to enter our home.

  • yhzsailor Brent Newsome (@yhzsailor) reported

@Bell @Bell_Aliant I just spent 50 minutes and 32 seconds of my life, mostly on hold, trying to have service restored and there is no one who can fix the issue. No supervisor is available and no one in Business Care is available to speak with me.

  • bkarsh Bella Karsh (@bkarsh) reported

@bell, @Bell_Support super frustrated that an existing customer can’t get a similar promotion to new customers. It’s seems like you don’t want to retain customers. Now have to wait 3-10 business days for a follow up.. do better!

  • hotgaynerd1 André Laframboise (@hotgaynerd1) reported

Hey @Rogers , that’s twice today I’ve called for customer service and twice I’ve been hung up on because you’re “extremely busy”. If this is the kind of support I can expect, you’ll lose a customer of over 30 years and I’ll sign up with @Bell @cbcmarketplace

  • c5_sjc 4Miss (@c5_sjc) reported

@Bell you’ve now disconnected me twice! Another agent in Philippines couldn’t hear me. Now I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes! You’ve twice sent me modems that don’t work and Bell admits it. Purolator gets 2 back a day at my location only! I want compensation! Horrible service!

  • ItsJennyJ Jennybean (@ItsJennyJ) reported from Bramalea Woods, Ontario

@Bell this phone number called claiming to be customer service agents. +14164665544 First person I spoke to was Jessica. Her badge/agent number apparently is: EQ5164. Offering to reduce my monthly bill by 30%

You're brave @Bell... sending me an advertisement for a service I cancelled that costs the same as the service I have now and is 1000Mbps. How about you actually get Fiber internet to where I live so I can get 3Gbps!
