@FF_MuTeX @Bell get rid of bell get fios , havent had one issue in the 5 years ive had it

  • Darksify Darksify (@Darksify) reported

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Had the exact same issue than you with Bell fibe in Quebec bro, my power outlet in the wall was inconsistent and that small moment that the power cuts off is making the modem reset itself, had to replace the power outlet with YT tutorials and never happened again

  • Jer_is_a_twit Jeremy (@Jer_is_a_twit) reported

@Bell_Support Still no data service 5 days later….

  • HeartlessWa Wahsp (@HeartlessWa) reported

@FF_MuTeX @Bell How long does it take to restart ? A new router won’t fix it if it’s an default setting needing to be changed , and if it’s not that it could be cables being damaged or even overheating if you have objects around it but I don’t think it’ll be that

  • Sherriie Sherriie (@Sherriie) reported

So @bell messed up trying to up sell me a service. There was nothing wrong with what I had before, you just charged me too much

  • march7photos Mike Barry (@march7photos) reported

@Bell Your internet service on Mink Lake Ontario is unacceptable. Your techs have been out here several times without any resolution. The problem is not with any one residence but the lines coming out here. Please do something about it.

  • Sniperink1 Sniperink (@Sniperink1) reported

  • lisavation Lisa Fast (@lisavation) reported

@Bell_Support Worst onboarding ever - tried to move 3 cell #'s to Bell: - Hours on the phone - 6 calls over 5 days - 2 drives into town for SIMS & to activate - Try to port #s then price changes by $250 Give up, cancel, disastrous service, shouldn't be so hard @ISED_CA fix it!

  • RAC_TheDog Robert Churchill (@RAC_TheDog) reported

@RogersHelps Intermittent service is worse than no service and more frustrating. Why is your service so abysmal over the last few months? Someone or something has to change. I need to trust my service for internet and I don’t now. @Bell Fibe is coming to my house 🥹 What day 🤔?

  • The_ShoreAngler TheShoreAngler (@The_ShoreAngler) reported

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Bell probably won't be of much help because the equipment that comes with fibe is an all in one router/modem and you are bypassing theirs with your own. I would recommend just using the bell hub and try to access the internet with just their equipment.
