    @theresemacdona6 @Bell @Bell_Support I was no longer a customer, there was nothing he could do. I asked him what he could do for me if I returned. He offered me 3 free months. I will never use Bell again for those reasons.

    Not often one to be an angry customer, but here's a solid piece of advice for @Bell_Support: Take that AI chatbot offline and stick to exclusively human technical support, your bot is utterly useless. My router's power supply cable failed, but the AI refused to understand it.

    @Bell @Bell_Support You were out to do a job 3 days ago and promised to be back at my sons today in Lucan,Ontario. They haven’t turned up YET AGAIN and can’t find record of him. This started on 3rd July!! BELL has to be WORST IN COMMUNICATION. Canada needs more competition!

    @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

    trying to get an old refund (credit) from @Bell, got discounted twice and about to call back and speak the to the TENTH person. When they want their $ they collect fast, but when there is a credit to be paid back, good luck. Crap.
