    @hitsukuya @Bell one time i was getting 100mbps, when i was paying for 500mbps. Their solution on the phone was for me to upgrade to 1gbps. Just give me what i paid for! I switched service after.

    @corygraff @Bell_Support I don’t know who is working this twitter account, but it really should be a tech person. The response above is making Bell look like a company that doesn’t know what they’re doing. There is a lot of intelligent staff, I highly recommend Bell reviews who’s working the support acct

    The rule should be, for every spoofed number used by a scammer to call me or anyone else, @Bell_Support should be forced to pay the customers cell bill for that month. As of today, December should be covered. ******* BS. How do they not have control over their own network?
