@Bell_Support Not much point since your business division is now closed, and I spent 10 minutes going through with your tech support people who could not locate our account despite me giving them all the information needed. All so we could upgrade our receiver to 4K. Painful.

@Bell_Support how can i find out if a landline can be ported to a cell phone. I tried calling in but got told that cell coverage doesn't exist in Mt. Pearl NL so the landline can't be ported. The local store told me to call in, so i'm kind of stuck. Hoping you can help

@Bell Why is so hard to cancel my services with you! I've been on hold for 30 mins while your Customer Service guy "locates" my file? Where does he have to go to get it? Or, is this Bell's corporate greed, keep them on hold, hope they hang up so you can't cancel your services!
