.@Bell_Support how is it that your on-site bell technician could do in 20 minutes what your Executive Office Relations over a 3 month nightmare period? Now if only there was someone competent to help with my account/billing...

  • TerriGivens Dr. Terri Givens 🧑🏾‍🎓Author of #RootsOfRacism (@TerriGivens) reported

Ordered internet service for my apartment back in May, to be installed today by @Bell - got a confirmation via text yesterday. Still on the phone after an hour trying to get installation done - order database can’t seem to talk to dispatch. No communication to me in advance.

@Bell typical Canadian monopoly. Have people pay for a service that doesn’t deliver…then have them pay monthly for an “add on” that doesn’t work. Only possible in a monopolistic environment where competition is non-existent. This is why our economy has to rely on RE. 🙄

  • RedRvn Doug J (@RedRvn) reported

@Bell_Support mobility internet is at 4.61 Mbps up and .96 Mbps down in Hamilton. Is the service down? Hwy 403 and Aberdeen area. Everything is slow or won’t connect

@Bell With the internet eating nothing but foods that are nothing but filled with pure fibre the internet must be able to take a **** with no problems whatsoever. I should try to eat foods that are high in fibre cuz I have a very difficult time shitting.

  • Brewster080 Brad (@Brewster080) reported

@Bell Also when Bell was on my street 2 or so years back took them 2 months of noise to install the fibe system. I never knew of the introcciut labour that was involved.

@leftbobgolfer @Bell I’m almost there. They were supposed to fix mine Saturday, apparently guy showed up in 4 hour window and couldn’t do anything, never notified me. Then referred it to cable repair, meanwhile, it’s still not working Sunday night. Been out a week now.

@Bell Imo do not purchase Bell services if you live in a rural community, they could care less about you. service might be fine in urban centres but not in rural Ontario.
