When even a crown corporation such as @hydroquebec has better outage communication than a privately owned telecom company, maybe it's time to switch to a provider which cares.

Allan Sonac (@AllanSonac) reported@EAUclaire2010 @Bell_Support I disagree, Videotron had a huge outage in Montreal that lasted for days for some clients just 2 weeks ago. The grass is always greener on the other side. I had an issue with my service due to moisture on the equipment outside & they were very quick to change it. Thank you Bell.

SCH (@StephenHoltzman) reported@elonmusk @SpaceXStarlink @Bell Sucks. Paying for two lousy 5/.72 DSL feeds for family of 5 and have been promised fibre for over 4 years! Elon I signed up for beta last year, nothing.. paid two weeks ago for deposit on DISHY! Please make it happen fast!

Raf Ravi (@ravi_raf) reported@Bell worst business internet service of all times. Day 2 of no internet service and waiting all day for a technician to come in. Company is shut down and losing money because of this.
