    @EricLiptonNYT It's ridiculous. I've never had better service from @Bell than after I cancelled my account. I guess they didn't believe me when I told them I would. I still get crappy Internet (being rural Ontario) but at least I'm only paying 1/3 the price of Bell.

    @RogersHelps @Riginalredhead Don't bother replying. They feed you garbage and don't fix anything. I've had ongoing problems for a few years off and on. Just waiting for the day I can switch to @Bell fine. Rogers sucks!!

    @Bell_Support My Mobility Account has 5 lines underneath. I have been trying to cancel 2 of them. The store referred me to call your Cancellation Dept. who never answers calls, DM’d you here and on FB with no response. How can I contact you? Very Frustrating!

    @DPocroianu @Bell Absolutely, they should be ashamed for their lack of oversight. Luckily you survived and can help dismantle this corruption so no future employees will suffer though what you have.

    @Bell_Support Then what would be the reason for intermittent internet service? I have onoy been BACK with you for a month or so.

    Already 30 days waiting for the new devices I bought from @Bell with a 2-year plan renewal. At the renewal, I was told it would take 5 business days. Already contacted the call center 3x and no one can solve the problem. That was the last time @Bell, zero respect for customers!

    @RobertSergiel @Bell_Support And no one will be fired. This is how they operates. Wish the vp would give me a call so I can complain agaisnt all employees who where rude, unprofessional. Unpolite. I have all employee numbers but no one care....

    @Bell_Support @PatForanCTVNews @CP24 #CustomerService #customerexperience Vulnerable senior on Lifeline left without telephone service. All this due to employee error! Have emailed executive office. High level of stress and anxiety for family! Still waiting for service!!!
