    @Bell_Support Thank you for your fist reply. I just have an update in chat. Bell seems to have a major outage in Carignan for dozens of customers since June 22 ( ticket BELL PD97244) . Apparently it will stay down during 4 days :( Is there any public website where we can follow the progress?

    @Bell_Support It's now Friday, June 24th. More than a month since the storm and the Bell cable is STILL across my driveway. This is absolutely unacceptable. I demand to speak with a senior support staff member.

    @Bell Bell explain, You offer me 1.5 GB service, & will take my money for it, But isn't that Fraud/False Advertising when the hardware doesn't allow me to use & or get that Speed Ethernet or WiFi? In my area I have the Hub 3000, the ethernet port are capped at 1GB & has WiFi 5 1/2
