I need this piece of **** company called bell to fix their ******* service before I lose it. We have a brand new modem and now our internet is 500000000x WORSE MY TV WONT EVEN CONNECT AND IVE RESET THE MODEM TWICE @Bell

  • arichardsonent Andrew Richardson (@arichardsonent) reported

@Road_Guy_Colin @Bell Unfortunately, I think the nature of IPTV technology introduces latency with encoding, routing, decoding and other processing. Telecom moving to it makes it cheaper for them, not better for the customer. Last part is just my opinion

  • meimjustmee Me Im Just Me (@meimjustmee) reported

@Bell is willing to lose a customer of 12 years because they refuse to honour a mobility plan that they are offering from their own website. I’m paying $93 a month for the same plan that they’re offering for $55 a month

1/2 I was an @eastlink customer for 22 years but decided to give @Bell a shot with Mobile and Internet. The internet has been okay but the cellular service in Elmsdale is virtually non existent.

  • mitchelljgosse Mitchell Gosse (@mitchelljgosse) reported

@Bell how come you don't offer satellite texting for S25 series phones in Canada. It would be very good to have here in Newfoundland where cellular service is spotty in alot of places on the island. #bellsupport

  • yogesh_gajipara Yogesh Patel (@yogesh_gajipara) reported

@Bell I’ve sent a direct message and spoken multiple times with a customer service representative and their manager, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved satisfactorily. It would be great if you can help me.

  • jps94saggu jaspreet singh (@jps94saggu) reported

Poor internet speed and constant connectivity issues. Reported multiple times, promised engineer call-backs but never received one. Still no resolution. @Bell
