WHERE is the modem I was PROMISED would be delivered THIS MORNING?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??! In over five years I've have NEVER had SO MUCH trouble with @Bell_Support. I'm sorry to say you are reminding me of #Rogers. Absolutely TERRIBLE.

  • OnlyEphraim Ephraim (@OnlyEphraim) reported

@lesleychestrman @Bell_Support PS: Bell gave us a HORRIBLE number ending in 1418. People forgetting to hit 9, would call, as if it was an extension. Asked Bell to change... ok for a fee. Ask for call forwarding... free. Asked why? Told them I'm forwarding the line to the office of the VP. Changed... FREE!

@Bell_Support So what's up with mobile data not working properly? It's spotty at best.

  • jeffbutcher77 Name cannot be blank (@jeffbutcher77) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell So why is there no text service as well ( using my gyms wifi to send this)

  • CareyArsenault Carey Arsenault (@CareyArsenault) reported

@Bell is it normal to have fibre connection and to also need a booster? We have internet freezing in our small house but calling support they see no issues. I’m ok to purchase a wifi booster but does that sound right with fibre op? Only a small house with four people

@Bell @Bell_Business I know you spent a lot of money putting the Fibe infrastructure to our new building, and even though I hear bad things about Cogeco, right now, a tin can and string would be 100 times better than your services. If I get a signal, I look forward to a reply.

  • Harleydadd Kind of Pathetic, isn't it? (@Harleydadd) reported

@ServusCU Sorry @Bell_Support . Servus has had your money for 2 damn weeks, but this is the LAST time you, or any of our payees will have to wait for them ever again.

  • GoodRubyVibes Ruby Young (@GoodRubyVibes) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Why am I having trouble texting? My neighbour, on Telus, is able to send me TXT but I am on Bell and he didn't get my reply

  • coady_deanie Deanie House (@coady_deanie) reported

On the phone with @Bell mobility after losing service in our home ever since Larry. After weeks of trying to resolve it and getting no where the so called “manager” says well maybe you should get a land line! Wicked! Useless! Goodbye @bellcanada

  • ibshakey David Dines (@ibshakey) reported

@Bell @Bell_Business I'm not too chipper about paying for stuff I don't get. I had to wire the whole building myself, and use third party Wifi boosters to get a good signal, because your pods don't do anything. And I kind of need the internet to reach past 5 feet from the modem.
