    @Bell_Support Is there a problem with satellite? We lost all picture. Not our TV, as the guide comes up. I already unplugged the receiver and still nothing

  • BradenMalloy Braden Malloy (@BradenMalloy) reported

    @Bell worst company to ever deal with, how do you cancel someone’s order for an iPhone 13 pro max and not send them an email to tell them? Meanwhile, all your “help desk” just told me to keep waiting “5 days”. Ridiculous.

  • Tanya_588 Tanya (@Tanya_588) reported

    @Bell_Support Well that sucks

  • BamsMouthWords Bam B (@BamsMouthWords) reported

    @Bell doesn't have a weekend staff for purchasing phones? Mine is broken and decided to try and go through my work's EPP, which would switch me to bell. but they are closed on weekends. Guess I'm looking elsewhere...ugh.

    Why is @Bell so terrible? I thought rogers was bad but the Bell internet and cable is really awful.

  • peterjpro Peter Provenzano (@peterjpro) reported

    @tna0066 @Bell Agreed. VERY slow. There’s a HUGE dead zone around 1095 Barton street. I’m getting 1 bar of 3G. I didn’t think that was even possible!

  • MOBINTENTIONZ Museumofbadintentions (@MOBINTENTIONZ) reported

    @Bell how can a sales person sell you a phone under a promotion and never mention that this promotion will cost you more money in the long run and now that I want to upgrade my phone I have to pay a made up 400$ on-top of the device balance of 400$. Again with rip off.

  • PsionicRes Androwski (@PsionicRes) reported

    @Bell So I just got off the phone with support. Me and others in my building have been having huge internet issues. Speedtest to your Toronto server is 200ms with 2-10Mbps down / 5Mbps up. Kitchener test is good though. Most sites are extremely slow and high latency.
