    @Bell you have horrible customer service. NEW install sched. from 12-5 today. Waited all day, called into customer service at 3 pm told it was still on track. Called in at 4:45 and was told still on track. Stayed on line with CSR and was told resched. to Oct19 becuz NO tech avail

    Maybe it's time @Bell have their drivers tested (unit 1383)...or just have the @wpgpolice involved? Pretty sure driving on the wrong side of the road is not what you mean by "good customer service"?!

    @Bell_Support Your billing is horrible - I get a credit, pay the difference between the bill and the credit, and then get an email that I underpaid by the credit amount. EVERY month there's something wrong.

    @Bell_Support in Brampton. The internet is not working. We've unplugged the modem to no avail. We need it ASAP

    @Bell doesn't have a weekend staff for purchasing phones? Mine is broken and decided to try and go through my work's EPP, which would switch me to bell. but they are closed on weekends. Guess I'm looking elsewhere...ugh.

    @Bell_Support Your overseas tech support team is useless, just had a tech support agent hang up on me after putting me on hold for 10 minutes resolving nothing. Bell…Enough with call centres in other countries. #bellsucks
