    All of this could have been done so seamlessly if you actually gave a **** about your customers, but instead I’m sitting here on day 4 of god knows how many without WiFi because your technician didn’t bring a tall enough ladder to do his job today. @bell this is a complete joke.

    @Bell_Support our internet has been down at m8w 4a2 since noon. Website said it would be back between 4 48 and 8 49. Service has not been restored what's going on?

    @Bell_Support worst service i have seen in my life. $80 for a service that does not work properly! how can i have so many lost connection?? I am told every time that I have nothing and that everything is configured correctly. we'll go see Videotron maybe the service is better

    @Bell_Support @Bell Customers in the Toronto 27 area, along Horner and Kipling have been without internet for almost 9 hrs. Emails have been sent to customers stating service to be returned by 9:00 - still NO internet.

    @Bell_Support your service is trash, internet down since 12pm in etobicoke outage site said would be resolved by 8:49pm i work from home and couldnt log in for my job was told i wouldnt be paid for the missed time, 5 hours now

    @Bell_Support we lost internet around noon today. Any idea when the outage will end? Postal code is M8W2E4. There are no additional updates on the outage page since 12:50pm.
