@LeezerShort @RogersHelps Thanks. Her service has been on & off for 2 years but after she couldn't call 911, I've had it. If they can't fix it, they need to just tell us so I can switch her to @Bell , which we may do anyways

Yesterday,after 25 yrs of being likely their last, loyal customer,we finally switched my moms' archaic satellite services (#Fibe isn't available in her area) from @Bell to @Rogers #Ignite🔥& couldn't be happier!Better picture, faster & reliable Wifi,& $160 cheaper!#maketheswitch

In the time that Sean has been waiting on hold with @Bell_Support to figure out why our internet is down, I have already called @startca and set up an account and service for our new house ... he’s still on hold 😂 excited to be out of Bell’s evil clutches in just over a week!

@Bell_Support outage in Oakville L6M0C4…. Modem is giving me error of incorrect username and password! Virtual assistant tool didn’t work… on hold on bell support for last 30 minutes! So frustrating!!
