I have a Fibe300 plan with @Bell lifetime price. I’m moving and the best plan in my new address is Fibe 100. Bell wants to charge me more, offering a worse service! Really I don’t understand! Poor customer service and no value for loyal customers

Preordered @Apple iPhone 14 pro max from @Bell to find out today when I go to pick it up (not when preordering) I can’t have it because they didn’t know I was trading in my iPhone 12? Come again? I already cancelled bell fibe, maybe time to cancel bell mobile @Bell_Support

@Burco_guy @Bell Yes same here to, I had damage done to my house on the 5th from a new installer, I called that day and opened a complaint.. not 1 phone call or email back to this day. I have 3 follow up tickets to prove it. Bell has the worst customer service in Canada🇨🇦

@Bell is the only Internet provider so there are no alternatives for many of us living in S. Eastern ON. But that is no excuse for improper and hazardous installations. Yet this is what happens with monopolies: shoddy service, very highest prices.

Cancelled my service with @bell last week after them not wanting to negotiate a better price. Spent 2 hours on the phone with them to negotiate. Get a call from Bell Canada today from someone in the USA asking why we cancelled. I said Bell is too woke and you were making me broke

@Bell, my neighbour is an older adult. She doesn't have a cellphone and her landline stopped working. We spoke to tech support who said her phone line needs to be replaced with Fibre. The earliest appt was October 2nd. She lives alone in her house and has no phone. Unacceptable
