@bunny_smash @Bell_Support There’s a very widespread Telus outage in BC/AB. Telus and Bell share a significant amount of wireless infrastructure.

@Bell_Support oh okay. I heard a rep say that sometimes the modem can be kept (the one being switched) -if i want to keep the old one just in case i run into issues with the new one, am i allowed to do that if i call in and let a rep know?
