Wow technical support @Bell_Support sucks. Technician hung up on me and the second did crap. I think I'm done with @Bell. Cancellation coming hard and fast!

@Bell Was a Bell customer for 20 plus years , phone , satellite TV, internet , not anymore, switched everything to another provider, the reason switched was the last 2 years with BELL WAS A NIGHTMARE

After 15+ hours on the phone dealing with tech support I've come to the conclusion that none of the systems at @bell are actually connected. I've reset the modem and been asked to replace the modem as many times as I've called!

@DarcieLanthier if I call @Bell, they tell me they're the best service provider in Canada. Ultimately I reduced my tv channels to basic to manage costs

@Bell_Support I've DM'd ... spoken many times. Have an outstanding 'ticket' or whatever you call it and still no service in significant areas or Northern York Region. I understand that the population is in Toronto, but please, put towers elsewhere too. Rural customers should pay less.

@ronakxsony @Bell i was at least hoping for an improvement in my reception as i live rurally and my wifi router has a habit of being complete *** at maintaining a connection but nope. still bad. might be worse, even
