@Bell_Support HELP! We had to pay over $520+tax for a total of 9 GB of data overage and fees. An EPP corp plan (6GB, 250 min, 3 yrs term @$60+) that Bell didn’t renew since 2016. Bell did not send us any alerts, texts, warning of any kind about data overage while we’re working remotely ++

@Bell_Support It’s unbelievable incompetency to have this happen. I sure hope you reimburse those who lost money as a result of this. I just not lost an hour not so bad but others are worse off. #whatthehellbell

@CousineauAlbert @Bell Im saying maybe that's why some bell phones switched and some didn't, some set on network time and some not.

  • EvilKittenLord Alex Atkinson (@EvilKittenLord) reported

@CityNewsTO Damn you, @Bell. Donked up my AM. Such a severe service failure is sure to have an interesting post mortem. Or not. Was not enough attention paid to this seemingly innocuous event? Can't happen. Time is a foundational dependency of tech, and society. #devops
