@Bell_Support you charged my card for a modem I then returned then decided instead of refunding my card you would credit my account that I no longer use bc my service is cancelled? Like ok apply it to what bill? I’m not in arrears and cancelled my service.

@Bell_Support THEN your employee “can’t find my account” and I’m on hold for 35 minutes so I give him my number and ask him to please call me back when he finds it as this is a waste of my time and he never calls.

@Bell_Support our internet appears to be down. As an educator working from home I kinda need it. Any explanation?

I would like to thank @Bell for the crappy expensive internet that I pay per GB for even though it doesn't work most of the time. Thanks for ripping off your customers Bell! #Ontario #RuralLife #Bell

@Bell any chance you can help out those of us who don’t have “unlimited” wireless due to location? We have 350gb/month and this is the second month in a row we’ve hit our limit 2 weeks in due to working/schooling from home. We can’t afford overage again. Stop school? Don’t work?

@intrnetdaughter @Bell_Support Bell and Rogers have a virtual monopoly on wireless services in Canada; to such an extent that when I tell family who live overseas what cell service costs here, they laugh - because they think I'm joking.

It's always interesting that @Bell and @Rogers always have the same promotions. Why are we content that $80/month gets us 30GBs of data month. These prices are horrible. We're paying way too much for wireless services.

@CBCToronto @Bell @Bell_Support are horrible and their customer service reps are extremely untrained. Years ago, my partner had to move to Manitoba. We are in Ontario. She was told she could move and switch her service. However, that was a lie and then she had to pay the cancellation fee

@alagacedowson @Bell_Support Bell is a monopoly...unfortunately for their customers, they don't have to offer particularly good service to have plenty of customers.

@Rogers why has my data stopped working in my area for the past 2 days? Your coverage is horendous. I wish I never switched from @Bell
