    @Bell you’re new set up for your customer service line is horrible! Too many prompts to get to speak to someone, scrap it.

    @CoryJudson It IS absolutely about the principle. Plus they know that most people either don't notice or give up. So don't! We had a problem with @Bell back in 2017 where they misbilled us every month we were with them. Then we sent the equipment back. Canada Post said to keep the receipt.

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell Never use the top tier provider unless they're giving you some sort of sweet deal. Use second tier Rogers? Use Fido. Bell? Use Virgin Telus? Koodo Same network, lower rates
