@Bell_Support Tbh, I don't feel that's necessary, it's a simple general check that you should look at the current channel lineup and then fix the issue. I'm surprised no one has mentioned this before

@Bell_Support I just spoke with support and they said that there is an outage in my area and they are currently trying to fix it. They estimated it will be fixed by this afternoon. Thanks!

@cogeco I called Sunday to get some tech support and I choose the "call back" option. Its been three days, how long does it normally take? How long should I wait before I call @Bell ?

@Bell_Support Absolutely not. Your representative had his chance yesterday and tried to coerce me into paying $111 per month with a 3 year contract for a basic landline phone service.

If you have Ubiquiti gear and are thinking about using @Bell Canada Fibe, forget about it. Does not work and the double NAT has no fix as their stupid HB3000 router has no bridge mode. Garbage.

@Bell_Support WOW! Bell signals that they care and want to help. Really it's just more automatic prompts and them saying - "oh there is nothing I can do about this" DO NOT USE BELL UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO KEEP AND USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION EVEN IF YOU STOP USING THEM FOR OVER 5 YEARS!!!!

yo @Bell_Support I have no idea what is going on with y'all or if there's another issues, but It's the most annoying thing when your router turns off for no reason. My family pays at least 90$ a month for your Internet and it's so unreliable.
