@Bell_Support To anyone who cares, hopefully someone at @CBCOttawa , there continues to be no calling ability in downtown Ottawa for some Bell users since Monday. Company has made no progress in resolving. Even emergency services cannot be reached by affected users.

  • ERICTR0N erictron (@ERICTR0N) reported

@Bell Rainbows are corporate pandering. Never doing bell now. You’ve lost another persons business forever with your pointless virtue signalling.

  • chucklz86 Peter (@chucklz86) reported

@Bell_Support it's been a week since in had anything close to stable service. Your call centre is useless as you have given no consideration to your rural customers. The agent last week literally laughed at my issue and was extremely aggressive. It's time for @Xplornet I think

  • wpgladyk kt (@wpgladyk) reported

For how much we pay for our monthly phone bill, you'd think we'd get more than h+ service in almost every area inside and outside of the city 🙄 is there anything we can do to avoid this from continuing? I understand rural areas, but downtown wpg too? @Bell @Bell_MTSHelps

  • TrickRude Slick Rude (@TrickRude) reported

@Bell_Support @jpreseme Seems pretty standard of explanation, no? Why the canned answer. **** do people hate that.

  • Tkeyaa SSAYERS (@Tkeyaa) reported

@Bell_Support issues with cell service, is there a tech support that I can communicate with?

  • mooseandmen Of moose and men (@mooseandmen) reported

Dear @Bell @Bell_Support . I know you're working as hard as you can to restore service in Eastern Ontario, but could send your customers a quick text or email to let us know when and for how long loss of service will be? You spam me all the time, so i know you have my contact.

  • Justme_athome Just Me (@Justme_athome) reported

@Bell_Support how long will the internet and satellite be down for in Cambridge

  • Mid_World_Kin TCC (@Mid_World_Kin) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support Just terrible customer service. I'm taking all 5 of my mobile devices to another carrier because I've had it with how terrible of a company Bell is. I already dropped tv, phone and internet. Good riddance Bell Mobility. Good riddance Bell.

@bell hey it's Iqaluit here again. Blue skies and sunshine but yet, despite the astronomical price I pay for cell service ...yet again I don't have any. Care to explain?
