    @Bell wtf internet was **** so we called and change they made us change the modem, brand new modem and already the internet went out and gave up nothing works anymore wow great work and no more technitions on site wow

    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

    @nath_beauregard @Bell When I call I don’t even speak to the rep that answers the call I immediately ask for customer loyalty and they usually find a way to meet my demands through discounts or promos or something to satisfy me but you have to stay on top of it there are other options but Bell works

    @Bell wondering when my refund is going to be processed for a postpaid service cancelled in October 2025? General protocols online say that it should be processed in 3 months but we are in Mar26 and no cheexk received yet

    @buckburgess My mom was trying to cancel our service and she had to call them I kid you not 9 times. One time they put her on hold just for the automated message to come in about 20-30 mins later saying they’re closed and to call back. She was hung up on, berated etc. **** you @Bell

    @nath_beauregard @Bell Even Rogers will screw you the same way as Bell does! Real problem is the powerful people in this country but they brought in a lot of immigrants to blame for anything wrong in this country!
