    Looking at a fresh phone contract and after today, I'm even more convinced @TELUS , @Rogers and @Bell all sit in a room and fix prices. Telus want $90 "connection" fee - we're already Telus customers. Are you kidding me!

  • realdandebenham Dan Debenham (@realdandebenham) reported

    @jessedriftwood1 @nath_robz @Bell Is there nothing contractual that they have to provide, like say a minimum speed, or is there an equivalent Canadian watchdog like the information commissioner here in the UK that you could complain to... Seem pretty bad to be getting such slow speeds and service bro.

    .@Bell_Support We're at 45 minutes now. Dead air for nearly 15 minutes. Not even the terrible hold music, just the really noisy static of this agent's phone. I'm reasonably sure now he has simply put the phone down and put it on mute.

    @jessedriftwood1 @Bell_Support Are you also having a problem changing an MX record that with any other provider would have taken about 40 seconds?

  • samtheham7 ellosamantha (@samtheham7) reported

    @Bell you’re service is trash

  • jessedriftwood1 Jesse Driftwood (@jessedriftwood1) reported

    @pearceweb @Bell My plan is technically 100 down and 10 up for 135 a month. But I almost always have my wifi disabled because it is so inconsistent. I can move from one room to another without dropping, even while using their pods for a “mesh” network.

    @Bell_Support Hey bell , now I’m in Indonesia using a bell sim card, but the sim card cannot be used, no service, I've tried manual network selection on all of my phones, on the iPhone nothing happens, if on Samsung it says "Your SIM card does not allow connection to this network
