@Bell_Support 's common strategy shows again. "Let me put you on hold for 45 minutes and hope you hang up" #LetsTalk about that now.

I feel sorry for the @Bell_LetsTalk admin. They are getting bombarded with all this constant reminding of how terrible an employer @bell is, yet having to try & smile. I salute you, @Bell_LetsTalk person. I hope you get a job at a better company. #BellLetsTalk

  • endingHomelessn endingHomelessness (@endingHomelessn) reported

@ShaunProulx @Bell If #BellLetsTalk was listening they would tell you they are well aware they support and profit off causing mental illness and have no problems exploiting that problem for more profits #letstalkaboutbell

@paulbagnellBNN @marylougeorge2 @Bell Wow, that's fantastic. You're lucky. Not the norm, sadly. I know a few people who have been on waiting lists to get help for almost 2 years, and if/ when it happens it will be out of pocket.

  • Amy_Saydak Amy (@Amy_Saydak) reported

@Bell_Support Just so the world here knows they told me in dm that this is exactly correct. There's no way to finance your remaining phone balance and if you resign a contract you lose your current cheaper rate plan. Absolutely disgusting. Will never do business with @bell again.

  • Sketchy_Brown_P Alliealliebobally (@Sketchy_Brown_P) reported

@Bell Yes, let's talk! Let's talk about the BS service and charges I have incurred this month as a result of one of your "preferred dealers" being incompetent and useless.

  • GothicHakubi GothicHakubi (@GothicHakubi) reported

Anyone else having issues with @Bell_Support/@LuckyMobileCan during the storm in Ontario? Getting texts but every time try to text out it times out but I can make calls?

  • Supermathie Michael Brown (supermathie@mathstodon.xyz) (@Supermathie) reported

@colinthart @bagder Neither does @Bell, which was a shock when I recently switched to their fibre service and it only reaches half the Internet.

  • Amy_Saydak Amy (@Amy_Saydak) reported

@Bell A Rep just informed me that when my contract is up I am not allowed to sign a new contract and finance the remaining balance on my phone, despite having no problem financing the rest of the phone. Please explain this to me and make it make sense.
