    It’s beyond ridiculous that at the end of 2025 my home just south of Ottawa has practically ZERO service with @Bell Mobility! This needs to change, customers should have a choice and not be forced to pick a single provider if they want cellular service!

    @ISchmidtFaced Had a mystery charge on my tv bill. Tried contacting @Bell and it was an ai chat bot. Eventually I got a person but this ai **** has to go.

    @KarenGrewUpInS1 @Bell Reboot every 20” that’s the only way my Bell works, oops got to reboot again, good thing I have cellular service with TMobile

    @Bell …a simple address move has now gone awry! Somehow a transfer of services now means new accounts, cancelled accounts, and an email address completely erased and no help to get it reinstated. Beyond frustrated and need help.

    @Bell Dear Bell canada , im trying to pay my bills and your auth system is AWFUL . why do i need to verify my E-mail THEN need to attach/verify my Phone # to pay a ******* BILL!? is there anyone out there trying to log on my account and PAY MY BILLS and you PREVENTING THEM?!@%?!%

    @Bell has to be one of the most difficult companies to deal with. I have spent hours on resolving one issue. Have a rep who has the most aggressive tone I dont even feel comfortable speaking with her. I am asking for help! PLEASE HELP FOR GOD SAKES PEOPLE DONT HAVE TIME!

    For the love of god @Bell please fix the crave app. Make a “marked as watch button” and fix the bugs. I just finished a season of a show now it’s showing me ep 5 telling me to watch it ? But I already did.
