    Does this sound familiar? @Bell_Support charging fees that weren’t disclosed in store or time of purchase? Or the fact we live in 2021 and they can’t see a note/credit that was put on file. The focus on profits vs clients and customer satisfaction is disgusting.

    @Bell @Bell_Support 9 phone calls, 4 hang-ups and 5 transfers. wait times that average 28 minutes on hold. I'm just one person, but I'm not feeling the #bell love.
