  • STihal Stephen Tihal (@STihal) reported

@Bell_Support It's been 11 minutes, it's taken 4 more calls for me to finally get a recording saying that Bell is closed. All for the work-life balance but wow did your team shut it down abruptly. Final count for the day: 13 phone calls, 5 employees, 4 hours. 0 problems solved.

  • jacquinhuynh jacqui🦂 (@jacquinhuynh) reported

I have spoken with 7 representatives and they’ve all said “a truck will be sent tomorrow”. It never comes. I’d like to speak with a higher up @Bell_Support or else I’ll just switch to a different company. You’ve lost my loyalty. Big conglomerates really don’t care.

@Bell_Support why is my wifi slow

  • HosaiQasmi Hosai Qasmi (@HosaiQasmi) reported

@Bell transferring from Rogers to Bell has been the biggest mistake. @Bell your customer service is the worse. I have been on phone for last three days and no one can resolve the issue. I am being transferred from one agent to the other. They hand up on customers!

@Bell This ad sucks hire me I can do better

  • UchihaBarnz0 Anbu Barnz0 🇨🇦 that's my ninja way (@UchihaBarnz0) reported

@Bell 150 MB speeds basic cable with like 3 channels added $170 a month...this is absolutely absurd. Seeming the internet can't have 3 things running on it at once or it's garbage. The picture on the TV is terrible from the HD box but the 4K doesn't work at all.

@Bell_Support Idk. Our household is thinking about canceling your worthless service. We got better channels OTA Then we pay for your bad service. Bell is criminal

  • rampant_apathy Goon (@rampant_apathy) reported

@Ranting4Canada @Bell @Rogers Service maps appear to already show outages

  • CurtOya19 Frankie The Truth (@CurtOya19) reported

Then @Bell has the nerve to have a #BellLetsTalk advertisement as if they care about the well being of Canadians health both mental or physical. If they really cared they wouldn't shut down their services in Ottawa and let the Citizens show the rest of the world the truth.

Dear @Bell. We want to be put on the list for Rural Wireless Home Internet and have been trying to help you find Bala since Dec. 1. Can we please have someone contact us who can get us on the list?
