Don't like contracts. They blamed the increase on the war! Called Telus and saved $37 a month. No more loyalty, Bell sucks!

Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

Andres Hernandez (@andreshmt) reported@Bell @Bell_Support this company sucks!!They dont have fibre in alot of places and i am talking urban areas,nothing remote,for example at Driftwood Dr Burlington ON,they only have 100 Mbps and cost like3 times more than 1.5 Gb that i'm paying now,they didnt even offer a solution

stemvox (@stemvox) reported@Bell_Support Placed a call to @Bell today about our internet Fibe service. It was down. After the typical questions and quick fix scenarios offered it was determined the issue was outside our house. I checked the exposed fibe line outside the house. No breaks. So we book a technician to come. No one available outside of normal work hours. Simply hilarious. Next move? @Rogers
