Elizabeth J Duncan (@ElizabethDuncan) reported@cityoftoronto what a ridiculous, outdated requirement that our pool cannot open because @Bell cannot sort the line needed for emergency landline telephone. Most people here wouldn’t know how to use a landline and in an emergency would use their mobile.

Janet Jesty-Murphy (@janarama39) reported@Bell Upon further review, because this repair involves a buried service wire, it must be completed by a specialized technician I'm unable to reschedule it sooner than the currently scheduled appointment on August 11. This is in response to a July 12 outage. Seriously??
