    @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

    @Bell Can you ask the technicians to close the terminals properly? This is the second time this month my internet was down because squirrels chewed the wires.

    @Bell I tried more than once to have a call back and it never happened and can never get through the number with long wait times . Have you given up trying to get new business customers !
