@Bell @Bell_Support My current satellite bill for the "Better" package is $95.45. Including fees, tax and PVR rental my total is $130.47. On your website it shows the Better package for $82.45/month for new customers. As a long-time LOYAL customer I expect the same deal. #Bell

Thanks @Bell..... I needed to call 911 from my parents landline and I couldn't. Phone line is down and the internet is terribly slow. Also, when I try calling their home phone from my cell phone it rings once on my end and then gives me a fast busy signal. What gives? #CRTC

@Rogers . I spent 45 mins with retentions yesterday, was about to close a deal then they hung up on me. Nobody called back. I called again, the new retentions agent just mansplained why I couldn't have the deal I was about to close with the first agent. Today I woke up an @Bell customer.

@Bell_Support Complete the fiber installs properly in the Cardinal-Johnstown area of Ontario. For months, we've had 100's of meters of fiber running over top of people's lawns. It get chopped by lawnmowers, tripped on by kids. A liability risk. Fix that.

Hey @Bell just talked with customer support and found out I was able to save $75 a month on my wireless bill. Surprised to learn I was eligible for this discount for over a year but it wasn’t applied. What happens to the approximately $900 I overpaid in the last year? #Bell

Argh, @Bell why is getting anything done with your support/billing department such a hassle!? Did you hire psychologists to help make the experience more soul crushing? #bellcanada
