@artisteashlei @Bell_Support This should be a given for anyone providing service in a private dwelling. Not acceptable that we must request (and awkward).

@artisteashlei @sameo416 @Bell_Support I warn all service companies when I make appts that their people will be provided with an individually wrapped, new N95 mask and they will not be allowed into the house if they don't wear it throughout their visit.

Dear @Bell ...saddens me to say your service is terrible. Four technicians in a week and a half and still no internet or TV. cancel, but when your alternative is @Rogers one really has no options in this country. We have the worst telecom service on the planet. Open it up.

@Bell_Support I am a long time customer. Your service is pathetic, an embarrassing joke. Has your company got absolutely no shame?

@artisteashlei @Bell_Support And this is why I refuse to switch over to Bell right now even though our internet is terrible. Rather deal with daily outages than getting Covid from someone who is in multiple homes every day. @Bell_Support Do better!!

@Bell Pods don’t work. We need 5G type wifi. Sort out your modems and system. You are almost as bad as @nspowerinc and their aging infrastructure

@vote4robgill @Bell Meanwhile, in 2022, the Bell lines in my neighbouring town/subdivision, can still only handle 50Mbps down and there's no ETA on when they will finally "upgrade" my street and subdivision.

Can someone explain this... Farm in Niagara on the Lake: 3Gbps symmetrical internet for $100/mth House in Downtown St Catharines: 100Mbps down, 10Mbps Up for $75/mth It would be nice if @Bell didn't neglect its existing infrastructure. #onpoli #cdnpoli
