    @Bell_Support The account is managed by the hospital. I just spoke with one of your tech reps, who confirmed my previous ticket was "closed," even though nothing changed for me. I was told the high number of other reports of signal problems from my area is "trending." That's bad, right?

    It's interesting with @Bell internet, our wifi name& p.w was changed by stranger, once called @bell # for assistance an agent answered all our questions by I don't know. Is bell internet secure? Anyway to avoid this issue happen again? How this can happen if nobody have our p.w?

    @Bell This is the biggest farce. They don’t offer it in most communities and they won’t tell you when they plan on upgrading your neighbourhood. I guess you have to live next to a Bell executive or their cottage to get decent service and speed.

    @Bell_Support when one swaps service to a 5G phone should it not start receiving 5G service when located within a 5G coverage area? Cause mines not an live chats not connecting to anyone… #5GforAll #SelfService
