Hey @Bell_Support , what's the ETA to a fix on the fibe internet outage around Montreal (or why it's down)? Talked to support on the phone and they don't know, and its been 7 hours :/ super frustrating.

  • RodtheDawg Rod Wilson (@RodtheDawg) reported

@Bell Why the F**K do I have to pay EXTRA for your shi!!y service?

  • nascarfanjack Jack (@nascarfanjack) reported

@Bell Your Wi-Fi sucks, and by the way look on Amazon I bought three for a one time cost of $60

  • jagger27 Jagger De Leo (@jagger27) reported

My 2022 wish list for @Bell - Light up fibre on Preston St, Ottawa (I know it’s already there) - IPv6 support (with a /60 or /56, don’t mess around with a /64) - let me use my own SFP+ router like we used to be able to with HomeHub 3000, at least on business plans

  • ttdrover Tyler Drover (@ttdrover) reported

@Bell If you’re paying for a service you should be able to get coverage in your home without these god damn things. Ridiculous

  • ShaneTFukala shayne•fukala (@ShaneTFukala) reported

3 weeks and no contact from @Bell Fantastic client service, remind me to look for a new service provider.

  • MalaMoragain Mala Moragain Mistress Of Chaos (@MalaMoragain) reported

@Jennjo22 @Bell_Support I’m not too sure what the issues you’re experiencing are, but you might be able to escalate this to the CRTC/CCTS. I had to take Rogers through a major issue with the CRTC after one of their employees stole my number and did an illegal port (long, tiring story).

  • Mikeyboy1432 mike (@Mikeyboy1432) reported

@Bell This is a joke, all your competitors give these out for free! Anyway bell can grab a dime from someone they do it! Already paying for your internet service with crap Wi-Fi now we need to pay for the pods to make your service work properly. Discussing!

  • Kristaldoodle Kristal (@Kristaldoodle) reported

@Connor_Lapalme @Bell_Support Same issue here off island in Vaudreuil. Red light on the 3000 modem, 1001 error. It's been out for 4+ hours as well. Wish bell could update people on this regional outage.

@newspeak84 @Bell I have 1800 sq ft two storey. Not anything like a mansion and I can’t get stable wifi upstairs in a bedroom. The power output. Or whatever it’s called is poor at best. I shouldn’t have to pay for boosters just to reach a BEDROOM! Seems like planned robbery to me.
