    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

    @Bell wondering when my refund is going to be processed for a postpaid service cancelled in October 2025? General protocols online say that it should be processed in 3 months but we are in Mar26 and no cheexk received yet

    @Bell_Support and @CRTCeng has already opened investigation into Canadians concerns that @bell is in breech of customer contracts by doing this new policy. Fix it cause CANADIANS WILL NOT PUT UP WITH THIS

    @Bell left me stranded with no data even though I paid for travel plan. Didn't help me at all even though chatted on my trip 7 times Bell travel plan fail. And now they say they won't give me back my money. After 19 years @telus here I come!!!
