    @Bell_Support That says to me the people you’ve outsourced to do customer service either don’t care about their work or they need more proficient training. Literally wasted half a day. And you are the only provider I’ve ever had this type of customer service problem with... Ever......

    @Bell Fire an entire radio station at TSN 1040, shut it down with no warning. Then have your shills claim it was losing money even though the ratings were very good, triple that of the rival station. Real classy

    @Bell_Support I resolved the issue through another source. But I had to call bell first. I was redirected to three different people on a single call and put on hold for 20 mins then cut off three times in a row with nobody able to do a simple unlock. Nobody knew what to do. So they cut me off.

    @locne555 @Bell Oof. So sorry to hear Loc. Hope they do something to keep you as a customer. If not, there are smaller companies like Cogeco and Primus, Virgin Mobile that may be better be bets for internet going forward.
