@Bell horrible service. My move request has been messed up three times now there’s a glitch where I can’t even get Internet until it’s cleared and they’re hoping by the 9th but dont even know for sure.. just brutal waste of time and money

@Bell will be ready to charge money regardless of what. When I opted for the roam better plan. They never told whether the plan resets 11:59pm EDT or local time of the place where I was. Now they charged me for 2 days as I was kept browsing till 11:59pm. This is ridiculous.

@blogTO @HousesLaneway I think they got rid of the pole & lineman dept without a thought to emergency repairs, so that’s why it takes so long. @Bell only cares about shareholder profits not their responsibilities

@Bell_Support Yeah right. You should do it automatically when you get paid for something that keeps going down. Consumers should NOT have to meekly beg for a reasonable charge rebate for the week(s) of going without a service. If @Bell had any integrity, they would do the right thing.

@Bell worst experience having a home phone with #Bell. We’re without our landline AGAIN. Twice in a month is just poor service. I cannot, in good conscience, ever recommend Bell when our services are CONSTANTLY down. 👎👎👎

@Bell My Fibe TV receiver wasn't working properly, 1 day later and 3 hours on the chat and phone all I got was a price increase and hung up on twice. Zero help to rectify my situation. @RogersHelps make me an offer for TV & Internet and I'm in.
