    @ShamanaDreams @Bell Even the in person guy was like ya there was NOTHING you could have done on your own on your end to fix this. The box isn’t working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless

    @Miss_Allison_D @Cristina331203 @Bell To answer your question, NO ONE should get those stupid extender pods that cost like $10/month. Bell should be getting proper equipment. I was told they’re looking to get better boxes and the voice control remotes to compete with Rogers (so why not actual working models too?)

    @Bell_Support bill on my account 280655616 for modem not returned generated recently ..I had returned on March 17 th ..after a almost nearly 3 months you have generated a bill ,I don’t even have any tracking number now ..I conveyed the same on June 6th,kindly help on this ..
