    @Reil76 @Bell Are you still on a copper line or have you switched to fibre? If you're still on the copper line they could be ignoring your issue to force the switch to fibre!

    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up

    As a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).

I would have traded him to any team that gives our team full value in return! They took advantage of an amateur GM and pres of hockey ops w no nhl pedigree

    @Bell_Support Tried activating the $15 BYOD Smartwatch Standalone plan as a new customer. Website says it’s allowed, but phone support & stores keep passing me back & forth because your system forces a smartphone IMEI. Left on hold for over an hour. Please DM to fix this.
