@Bell 2 years of issues so I got the minis. I have a modest home, and still have poor quality. Now they say rent the larger pods for more $. Do these even work ? 20+ year customer & called many times for tech support in a few months. Maybe design a Mesh modem instead...frustrated

Yo @Bell, I tried placing an order for mobile service on the 23rd of December, I've spoken to over a dozen people at this point and all anyone can tell me is the order wasn't processed (although one guy said it was all good). Several people disconnected me. Who do I call?

@Bell 2/2 the test is showing me we are getting 4.4 download and 0.6 upload???? Seriously? @RogersHelps where you at? Lets talk, my neighbour beside us 20’ away has zero issues. @bell has come and tried and failed many times, with an avg 2 hr phone call each time. Pics to follow

@bell has the worst internet in toronto. i dont pay $300/month for my internet to turn off every 5 minutes and even when it does work, it is nowhere near the 1.5gbps even on ethernet

@Bell my new year resolution is to get the internet speed i pay for. As i write this i need to use my data because my internet we pay for from you guys is too slow. The speed test i used was from Shaw because your speed **** timed out 3 times because of how slow. The test is..1/2
