@Bell you’ve now disconnected me twice! Another agent in Philippines couldn’t hear me. Now I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes! You’ve twice sent me modems that don’t work and Bell admits it. Purolator gets 2 back a day at my location only! I want compensation! Horrible service!

You're brave @Bell... sending me an advertisement for a service I cancelled that costs the same as the service I have now and is 1000Mbps. How about you actually get Fiber internet to where I live so I can get 3Gbps!

Whats wrong with @Bell? Its internet system appears very fragile. I have not had reliable service for over two weeks. @Bell missed two afternoon appointments this week without notice. Pathetic. Five hours wasted each occasion My next phone call will be to @Rogerst

@RobRichRdson @Bell It’s unfortunate to hear about your experience, Richie. It’s important for customer service teams to stay professional at all times. Did the company end up resolving your issue after this interaction?

@Bell By ‘slow internet speeds,’ I mean my connection consistently drops below the plan’s advertised speeds, making streaming, video calls, and basic browsing very difficult. This has been ongoing for months.

Well @bell it was good for a few days. 29 disconnects in the last 4 hours....and no resetting the modem, my network card, or my computer will not work.

Hey @Rogers , that’s twice today I’ve called for customer service and twice I’ve been hung up on because you’re “extremely busy”. If this is the kind of support I can expect, you’ll lose a customer of over 30 years and I’ll sign up with @Bell @cbcmarketplace
