    Hey @apple ! Did you know @bell is talking people out of getting the #iPhone14ProMax ? I really wanted it. Now I have the #iphone14plus and it gets really hot and the battery drains after minimal use in one day. @bellservice says it’s your #problem

    @Bell_Support @Bell_Support in the same breath cancelled our account because they said we didn’t return a modem that was NEVER in our possession, told us we must’ve requested the cancellation we we called. We DIDNT. 5 calls, days without service & finally an incredibly rude and provoking agent

    @RogersHelps I call at 1 x month & BEG for someone to come check out the issue & am told repeatedly there is no issue. It also looks like you are charging us over $100/month for patchy service for than @Bell is offering for better services (unlimited downloads).

    @RogersHelps @Bell You lost me as a mobile after 21 years +++ over a redundant $120 charge that customer service refused to remove. I was literally standing in the Bell store & moved my number as the guy in retention basically told me to get lost. A weight off my shoulders tbh.
