    @Bell_Support If you own money to a lone shark they send someone to mess you up to send a message what you guys do is disconnect people for 4+ days to send them a message hey don't **** with us or else you won't have a phone line incase of an emergency during a (PANDEMIC)

    Hey @bell internet down for over an hour kids trying to do homework. What TF? Seriously, you better DM with someone from your retention department. Online school is hard enough, nevermind the fact the kids can't see friends. We don't need this crap added to the pile. #ONsucks

    @Bell_Support I've already blocked the number that's been calling but will send a DM to further block it. Also, get a clue on how to treat customers, especially new ones. You already have my business, stop being so damn greedy.

    @Bell_Support I signed up for a new home internet package last week and I'm waiting on installation tomorrow. Since signing up, you've called me 3 times trying to upsell me more. Can you please take a seat until I actually have 1 service installed before I change my mind. K thx.

    Hey @Bell_Support is there an outage in St. John's, NL right now? Having a gaming night and everyone with Bell is constantly disconnecting while Rogers customers are having no issues.

    Fun @bell story from today: from an EPP corporate page, a chat message pops up asking if they could help. Twenty minutes & a phone call later, the answer is apparently no because the chat agents cant touch/answer questions on EPP plans. THEN MAYBE DONT PUT THE CHAT ON THAT PAGE
