@Bell_Support If I send a file to someone with Bell internet, it goes 1gig. If I send a file to someone with Shaw, Rogers, Telus, etc... it goes 20mbps. Problem isn't in my house or in my neighbourhood, it's the routing.

I've never had a problem with service from @bell until now. Being told I need to sign up for a more expensive plan to upgrade my phone is rather disappointing.

@Bell_Support My TV service came back up after the service disruption Tuesday night. I had to reboot it. But once again I’m having to reboot it because I can’t watch anything recorded. I do this every day or two. Ridiculous! Crap service and equipment

@Bell Bell sucks. Worsted service I've ever had. Best move over made was to drop them and move to another provider.

@Bell your smart home services could not figure out how to reinstate my service and could not help me settle my billing issues. Apparently, it’s a different company that is not included on my one bill and now I’m being charged from the credits given to me when I signed up w/ you

@Bell_Business @Bell @IDC If I knew you’re using Huawei & ZTE all Chinese equipment and support systems, I would never buy your Cell phone or other products. Our country’s security is the most important thing than just making profit!

@Bell_Support My condo building (10 queens quay west) recently switched from rogers to bell. What a disaster. Every day get choppy/frozen tv signals. Not a day goes by we don't get the "uh oh...something went wrong" blue screen. Any chance we can get reliable tv service here?
