    We recently moved to Canada and we have whole bundle(internet, home phone, cable, 2 cellphone lines) with @Bell . Took 400$ deposit for cellphone lines and there has been no further communication. Getting multiple scam calls to provide SIN and CC info. Need help.

    @hasyenpatel99 @Bell_Support My Bell problem was the phone line (everyone's phone and internet went down). My Bell phone is still down. If it's not back later today Rogers is getting my business. Not because there was problem, but because of how Bell responded to it.

    @Bell_Support I have the 1gb speed service, and yet I am only averaging 1mb/s in speed right now...I don't expect to average 1gb, but sure 150mb/s at minimum, is Windsor, Ontario experiencing any issues?

    @Bell_Support I have my old landline with Bell. It seems our whole building's phone, internet and cable are out. Tried calling 310-bell and they once again make it sound like individual tenants will need to pay for whole apartment bldg issue

    @Bell @JustinTrudeau @ONgov - as classes move online, #Bell faces an outage and when contacted their troubleshooting efforts are to tell me that they will come by in two days. Incredible response after explaining to the person that we teach online. #reachingthelimit #covid

    @hasyenpatel99 @Bell_Support My building just north of High Park in Toronto lost all phone and internet. Rogers customers have had their internet restored. But my Bell phone line is still down.

    @Bell_Support Hi Bell, I am a wireless home internet customer and I haven’t been able to get speeds over 10mb/s since the start of my new billing cycle. I believe you are still throttling my service from the previous month that I went over and it hasn’t gone back to normal.
