@Bell Pathetic service. My monthly payment was deducted, then reversed and I was charged a $30 NSF fee 3 times. Bell store told me to call Bell Finance Support, but my outgoing calls are barred. Why can't store handle billing issues? Very frustrating. @Bell_Support

@Bell I have been Bell service free for 20 years. I hate that you're going to get money for inferior Internet service because of a technicality.

@bell if you’re going to have people working remotely at least ensure they have a good cell phone signal. Or call the customer back when the call drops

@Rogers @Bell dear telecommunications Giants, as somebody who drives between Peterborough Ontario and York region every single day, I just wanted to ask how it is conceivable in 2026 that I cannot maintain a phone call along Highway 115 without signal death !?!? Fix your towers!

@Carol_Foote @Rogers @Bell I left too. Terrible service. I had everything with them, including cell phone. Then there was no service for over a day (repairs). Was in a panic because everything was down. Couldn’t get in touch with my daughter in the US.

@Bell @CyborgNinja86 Well unfortunately it seems to be the truth. I have noticed my ability to use cell networks in Ottawa and area seem to have greatly gone down on multiple devices(Apple/android) many friends agree the service has gotten really lousy and slow. Talk and scroll almost impossible now

**** @Rogers **** @Bell But guess what we are forced to have little choice in Canada in dealing with for phones and internet? Either way, they win in the long run.
