@megfenway @Bell I got a "welcome to bell" and "enjoy your new device" email. I haven't purchased a new device and I've been a customer for years.

@louford1 @Bell_Support They had me turn my modem on and off to make a security issue go away. Then told me I didn't have a security issue. Then I called back twice more. And then, someone fixed it. Quality procedures.

@Bell What's going on with your website. I got 2 emails just now making it sound like I had just signed up with Bell (been a customer since 2006). Went to log in to my account to make sure no one else was messing with my account & I keep getting "technical difficulties" messages

@Bell_Support who do I have to contact to get the same service that I currently have? I am being told that it is currently not available and it's literally 3.5 km from where I currently live? Please make it available for my new residence. Please make it happen. Thanks in advance
