@_sheepking @Bell Every time all I can say is “Let’s Talk about my phone bill” 😡 Bell is part of the problem not a solution.

  • MarkKennedyQW Mark (Bundy) Kennedy 🇨🇦 (@MarkKennedyQW) reported

I’m confused. I’m paying @Cogeco $81 per month including tax for 120Mbps download. And @Bell just sent me an offer of 15Mbps download on Fibe for $85. Is #Bell nuts thinking this is a good plan? Am I missing something? That seems like a lot for a very slow connection. #Internet

  • gwarder Geoff Warder (@gwarder) reported

My ISP opens a support ticket with @Bell for my connection. Bell calls me with a pre-recorded message “your ISP has indicated you are having a problem with your line. Please contact your ISP to get this resolved quickly.“ Rinse, lather, repeat. #CustomerService #fail

  • rokazi Rick Omar Kazi (@rokazi) reported
