Hey @Bell do you train your installers to open a customer’s door and stick their (unmasked) head inside to announce their presence, or is that going above and beyond for customer satisfaction?

  • hoping4agr82022 alwayzsmiling (@hoping4agr82022) reported

@Bell_Support is there a cable outage? Anywhere in Brampton? My cable just went down

  • Readthetype Chris Dean (@Readthetype) reported

@Bell_Support If, when faced with a technical problem, your advice is “Try calling us using our competitors network, because, apparently, they have their **** together when we don’t” then you *seriously* need to reconsider your line of work. 1/2

  • cassey2408 Cassey2408 (@cassey2408) reported

@Bell_Support As bad as Rogers services sometimes are … the customer service rep in the resolution department are much better ppl.

  • LorindaMarie74 Lorinda Marie (@LorindaMarie74) reported

@Bell_Support Fibe Internet not working in North end of Peterborough. We’ve been on hold for 45 minutes. What’s the issue?

  • BeerGeeksca BeerGeeks.ca (@BeerGeeksca) reported

@Bell Sounds like "insurance" at @canadapostcorp If you want the service that you paid for to work, item to actually show up? That costs extra.

  • BetsFrancis Betty Francis (@BetsFrancis) reported

@mamarunsfor3 @Bell And those are facts - ALL of them suck because there isn’t enough competition and they are never made accountable for their lousy service :(

  • Readthetype Chris Dean (@Readthetype) reported

@Bell Are you trolling me & I just can’t tell, or am I trapped in the bizarro-matrix? Are your “support” staff so grossly incompetent that they genuinely can’t understand the paradox when they say “If your phone is broken, please call…”?!?

  • Readthetype Chris Dean (@Readthetype) reported

@Bell_Support I’ll give you an opportunity to help, but, I’ve got to be honest, thus far your track record has been pretty poor. Here it is: My land line doesn’t work (no dial tone). I don’t have a cell. Where do we go from here?

  • itsFurkan Furkan A (@itsFurkan) reported

Leave it to @Bell to transfer you 5 times and disconnect you two times and not find solution for an order they promised and won’t fulfill even after giving them the order number. Been Bell customer for 2 weeks, should I just cancel now?
