@Bell_Support with these works to get anything moving is an embarrassment and totally unfair to them (as well as your customers). And yet I feel I am forced to do this because the service outage has now affected my family’s jobs and no other action seems to be working. 4/X

@Bell_Support: I never write publicly about these sorts of things, but here we go. I have had my home internet out of service for three days. I work from home. I have had 9 calls (for a total of ~4 hrs) with diff. agents from your team to send out a technician to repair. 1/X

Please govts, ISPs, (esp @bell for me) get the rural internet upgrades going ASAP. Been putting off upgrading my computer network because I loathe the need to download TBs of data to setup new computers and the weeks it'll take as a result. Been waiting a long time now.

The biggest regret was switching smartphones from @TELUS to @Bell I had such a good thing with Telus. Bell is nothing but a money grabber💰 Customer satisfaction means nothing to #Bell I was with Telus for 8 years and I switched over to Bell 2 months ago. BIG MISTAKE

@Bell_Support @LJ45544868 Having the same issue, M6H area. Been down since 8pm yesterday. Have talked with bell specialists twice now and they’ve both given me resolution times that never come to fruition. Please let us know what is going on and give us an actual set-in-stone ETA. This is unacceptable.

@Bell_Support Is there an outage in the M3H area? Internet has been extremely patchy since morning.

@Bell_Support It would be really helpful if your customer service agents wouldn't just make up estimated clearance times for the Fibe outage in M6K. I know time is an ephemeral human construct, but I'm looking for real-world solutions when I'm trying to do my job from home.
