@Bell Nah, don’t trust this one but. Pure fibre doesn’t even reach to old community areas/ old housing areas. It’s been a handful of years as a bell customer and our internet is still capped 100mb in our area. Internet drops bellow 40mb 30% of the time.

@sharuss1 @Bell_Support Is this via wired or wireless connection? Highly suggest wired, because you'll never get anything close to gigabit or higher over a wireless connection.

@Rootbrian_ @Bell_Support I appreciate that, but I’m not into hard wired iPads and Fibe tv is advertised as a wireless solution. I know what I have had and what I expect, which is a reasonable wireless signal speed. At the moment I have it again. Just looking for consistency/stability from the provider.

@Bell_Support Yesterday I called you and you said I just need to wait till this morning. Today I still cannot connect, then you said you are going to fix it tomorrow. I’ll wait and see what happens tmr, might be another day without internet. Also means I cannot work for 3 days.

@jendhana @Bell_Support I ended up going with a local company who gave me better service, 5x faster Internet speed, and cost me just $100 a month. I'll never use Bell again. I'm told my experience is now typical since Bell started hiring 3rd party marketing scumbags. 4/4
