@Bell_Support I can’t. I’m not with you. Just get service on your network AND that is not the problem. That has absolutely nothing to do with what is happening you need to turn off that feature. I didn’t want it, I didn’t ask for it nobody did, turn it off

@Bell_Support @carelyn25 Please don't pretend it's individual accounts and make her go through a bunch of resetting on her end for no reason. Just admit you're having issues - which is pretty clear by the amount of sympatico/bell mail users tweeting about it. And yes... I'm one of them.
