He doesn't have to tell me that he is some kind of last resort of tech support. Bell gave me my plan and he wants me to change it

Junior (@JunG54828825) reported@Bell_Support My plan includes 3 TV receivers, Gigabit Fibe 1.5 home internet, and 2 cellphones plans (Loy SmartPay Unltd Share 40 plan, and Exclusive SmartPay Unlimited20 plan). I pay Bell more than $500/month altogether. And this is the kind of tech support that I get.

Today someone was supposed to be here between 12pm-5pm est, it is now 3:04pm est....still no support or service
