    @samanthadjb @Bell_Support They were supposed to fix the CD remotely yesterday. Instead disconnected us. Tech didn’t arrive until after we closed. Told me he would reschedule for this AM, instead closed the ticket. CSR today says no techs available until at least tomorrow. 100% unacceptable.

    @Bell Found out yesterday that you took $380 from my 80 yr old father for 5 years of phone protection that only covered 2 years and didn’t even cover what you said it did. Then when he tried to contact you to rectify you told him “too bad” and gave him back $60. 🤬

    So @Bell_Support, I switched from Rogers and have deep regrets. Lost work orders, waiting for two days at home for service only to be cancelled both days. Not only that but the promise of better cell coverage does not seem to include Durham Region. 1 bar on 3G. Folks...stay away.

    @CousineauAlbert @Bell Same in UK and probably same everywhere - they are increasing data strength as more people use it - on the whole but not always, and decreasing telephone signal strength
