    @DPocroianu @Bell I bought my modem or rather I was forced to pay for it. Cancelled my service in April now they want 100 for the modem! I paid for it not sending it back unless they give me a refund! Modem rental was never on the bill. @Bell_Support

    @Bell This is my third Or fourth post about worst customer service I have received from bell representatives. They have been giving so much misinformation about plans and discounts in first place and you get to pay more in the end.

    This is so frustrating. They have all the time in world to make spam calls and give fake promotions instead of looking into and calling back for real issues. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 For sure not recommending BELL to anyone in future. @Bell

    @TylerClarkeMB @Bell For this reason the cable provider was required to visit to ID and fix the problem. Your new choice is an entirely different platform, DSL and not cable. We could have provided that to you as well at your request. We truly did treat your issue with the utmost urgency.2/3
