@Bell_Support Yes ! I have to admit that Customer service is WORST .. I upgraded my device -They activated and upgraded my wife's phone line .when i call to rectify the issue i ended up sending device back .That i did today.I am left with no Data.waiting 4 new ph..complete mess

@Bell fibre optic line layed in my neighborhood, caused my existing internet line to be cut leaving me without since Saturday... Called without resolution, nice to wait on hold for 20 min to be told nothing can be done...

No internet and no telephone dial tone. This is my 20+ call to your CS line since JANUARY for this problem and we can’t get a technician until tomorrow and I’m willing to bet my next EI cheque he won’t be able to find anything either. @Bell

@Rogers internet is down again at home. 4th time down since I got their service. Now I have to wait over 24 hrs for them to send someone out. Remind me why I’m loyal to this company? @Bell is looking better everyday.
