@cogecohelps Trust me, Graham, we've spent hours discussing this matter with Cogeco and Bell reps, but no one could witch our email addresses over, so we had to cancel the move (which would have saved us a ton of $). Now @Bell_Support is refusing to acknowledge the cancellation.

@Daintytox @Bell_Support Yea, my time is default to network carrier, so it automatically updates, guess someone messed up at bell.. they admitted and apologized.

  • Canadian88 Chris Vollick (@Canadian88) reported

@Bell apparently when calling to confirm service is working and outages your reps feel it entertaining and freely disconnect the call. This maybe the last thing before a move to an alternate provider. Worst customer service! #fail #custserv

  • Flor_de_J ❤️ ❤️❤️ (@Flor_de_J) reported

@Bell_Support It's interesting. I thought the issue was that the clicks were set back one hour so that if alarms were set ppl were being woken up one hour early... Falling back... And yet so many messages saying ppl were late for something they would have been early for with this error.

  • Greg_linton Greg M Linton (@Greg_linton) reported
