@Loricatalano04 @marywells_xo @Bell_Support Ironically it seems it differs by channel. Watched poker for two hours and no problems. Anything else, including now, is painful. Can't access recordings. Can't pair my phone to TV to cast from phone app.

@Bell_Support will be seeking a credit for this inconvenience. Poor support with no live chat after an hour wait and website keeps freezing when trouble shooting. Internet works fine. Wtf. Can't seem to pair app with TV either.

@Bell issues with tv - tired of Fibe not working consistently. Pixelating. Channels missing. What are you doing to fix this? Have had tech support before. Do we need to change to your competition? Another dissatisfied customer.

@Bell_Support Finally got through on the tech support line before finding this thread. They indicated long wait time but gave me option for a call back. I choose that option and they called me back now.The recording keeps saying please hold. We will connect you. But of course they don’t. Lol.
