@Bell Best 5G network? Worst network out of all three major carriers.

  • EllieS1 Ellie (@EllieS1) reported

@Bell_Support Tried that. No satisfaction, 3 different stories. Never mind, I will contact corporate and then crtc.

  • jsc789 Julie Charron (@jsc789) reported

… for the line currently running to the house. This is unacceptable @Bell_Support. Making appointments without advising the customer, having them rush out to get a “new” modem, proposing sending a “new” receiver? The agent wouldn’t even let me speak to a Level 2 tech. 7/x

  • JeffLoncke Jeff Loncke (@JeffLoncke) reported

@Bell_Support For those of us who experienced ExpressVu service outage for 1 or 2 days will we be receiving a credit on the next bill?

Bell ! Bell ! @Bell_Support One of the disgusting service I have received when entered in Canada and Now I am filling that why I have choosen bell. Just making customers full and taking unusual charges from the customer.

  • haziethompson Hazie ME/Long Covid (@haziethompson) reported

@Bell profoundly disappointing that techs are not permitted to wear anything other than surgical masks when entering people’s homes. I provided an individually wrapped N95 & the tech was forced to refuse it by their supervisor. I’m saddened & terrified! Bad policy!

  • Doubleohdann Doubleohdan (@Doubleohdann) reported

@PlaysEllo @Bell there whole service sucks they say 1.5gb download speed then when you test it its onli 500mb and they say it your end

  • Shani_aka_Ace Shani Ace (@Shani_aka_Ace) reported

It's ridiculous that the major phone providers still don't have cell reception in Toronto's subway, other cities have it for decades. That is unacceptable, it's 2022, not 1992! You're ignoring the needs of millions of people. @Rogers @Bell @TELUS get your **** together.

  • bluejaysdave dave (@bluejaysdave) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell I have been hung up on 4 times trying to call about the Fibe installation in my neighborhood. I came home to spray paint all over my lawn and I had no head's up about this. I'm a customer and this is terrible service! Help me out here.

  • shantanugupta Shantanu Gupta (@shantanugupta) reported

@Bell_Support hey, why does your unlimited 25GB plan have speed throttled up to 250Mbps? Why would you charge $$$ and still provide this way? Also I was never informed by both your agents about this while confirming the plan!
