The tech was great and was in the apartment during all the calls. When he got the call, he kept asking the @Bell person on the other side "Is this what the customer wanted?" and "why can't you give her what she asked for?". My sister knew this was bad news.

@CarryTelecom @imailjohn They fixed it within the hour. Don't you have a dumb comment to follow up with, like you did when it first went down? @Bell technician still trolling and hounding small ISP, even after switching to a Rogers budget brand...

@crtc needs to enforce a new level of requirements for @bellcanada’s bad service, who just wasted an hour of my time to tell ne i should be doing its job for them, on top of false promises about #ollo #languesofficielles. 1.5 hour wait time and counting. @Bell_Support

which was not what she was told would be installed and would defeated the whole point of us contacting @Bell to switch the service. The @Bell_Support tech told her that it could be done but they needed to redo the order and that someone from @Bell_Support will call to confirm.

@Bell_Support your entire company is a joke. Over five hours trying to get the status of my cell phone order and no one can tell me a thing. I’ve been passed or transfer to over 10 departments. God I hope Amazon opens a cellular company so I can be done with your ****

@Bell_Support who do we call to get someone to come look at lines in our area? There have been lines laying on the ground for months, taken down by a tree. The lines in our area haven’t been looked at since Hurricane Arthur... in 2014.
