  • Mark_Goldberg Mark Goldberg (@Mark_Goldberg) reported

    Answer by @Bell to @TeksavvyBuzz #CRTC complaint "EBOX now a division of Bell. Bell doesn't provide EBOX with any wholesale services, telecom or other. There can be no agreement, off-tariff or not, preferential or not, between Bell & EBOX since they're the same corporate entity"

  • jeffmac1964 Jeffrey Maceachern (@jeffmac1964) reported

    @Bell_Support I have been a Bell customer for several years now. Not Happily! Bell is the Absolutely WORST provider. I curse Bell every single day. The Guide is non responsive at best. I have to reset the box once every 2 weeks. I would Never recommend Bell to ANYONE

  • saleemkhan Saleem Khan | saleemkhan@mastodon.social (@saleemkhan) reported

    @Bell_Support 1753ET I appreciate the response but this is the typical of what dozens of people at Bell have told me since 2021, and only two actually moved anything forward. I've spent somewhere in the neighbourhood of *a full working month* on this, yet problems persist. Why?

  • gshindle Garth Shindle (@gshindle) reported

    I've about had it with @Bell . Dumped our phones for Telus but still have Bell Fibe internet. Unstable connection all the time. To make it worse... TSN app is terrible. Garbage company. Absolute trash. Spent thousands per year for 20+ yrs on Bell. Can't wait to be done w/ them.

  • Remarkable6316 Mark Lundy (@Remarkable6316) reported

    @Bell So you weaken our wifi signal and then try to scam us with wifi boosters.

  • adammcnamara Adam McNamara (@adammcnamara) reported

    @Bell_Support Service availability, not outage...

  • Sandenn Sandenn (@Sandenn) reported

    @jerryleewilson The entire @Bell media suite of apps are garbage. Don’t work on Apple TV, spotty at best over web and mobile

  • SteveUlrichCSM Steve Ulrich (he/him) (@SteveUlrichCSM) reported

    @Bell_Support I’ve been reporting this issue for 5+ years and @Bell continues to fail to provide the 5G or LTE service advertised in the L4P postal code area.

  • MandoBrave MandoBrave (@MandoBrave) reported

    @bell .75/minute to call the U.S.A. From canada, this is ridiculous “, switching bag to Rogers. Also, the mobile data 5G is awful all over the GTA vs @rogers
