    @Bell is there a problem with your cell towers in Ottawa? Center town to east end of city. Worst cellphone service I have had since 2007!

    Hey @Bell_Support your Phone Based AI tech support keeps bumping me before routing me to an agent. Error 1102, and self repair isn't helping. I need to speak with a real person or do you not employ those anymore? $183 a month and I can't even get a technician scheduled jeez.

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell lol, I’m with virgin plus, paying $30 for 100gb monthly (after tax $32). What I did ? I was on 60gb for the same price , I moved to Koodo , virgin plus called me after 21 days offering 100gb for $30 because they wants old their customer back 😎

    @TELUS @Bell Why is the cell reception so bad in MTL? Very often at 1 bar. I get dead spots all the time.

    @tegan4618 @status_is_down No dial tone , three hours with Bell trying to get service. Other ppl in area without a dial tone , they say it’s inside the house , never their equipment 🙄 @Bell

    4 Weeks later, @Bell Internet Saga still continued... No one knows and unable to help... I guess time to call Rogers! @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support for $80, your cell service is absolutely atrocious. I can’t even maintain a stable data connection on my GO train ride home.

    @Bell_Support Bell’s new security provider API is awful. On hold now for 47 minutes while waiting to cancel my service. Apparently my time is not appreciated.
