@Bell Signed up for new internet and TV account tech came last night. Left with internet not working claiming it would work by internet. Still doesn’t work and now being told no one will even come back today 😡

@Bell @bell. You would be a good company if you provided good service. Can’t get a landline in the 905 region. Half of the phone calls say a tech is company. The other half say the tech isn’t coming.

Hello, @Bell_Support. I spoke to 5 of your tech support reps on the phone and chatted w/a rep via bell website and none of them can help me access my mode settings... Also, I'm paying extra for "premium support" for what? It has been a week nothing. What can i do next?

If nothing else, the @CRTCeng needs to do some actual governance of the sector. Demand post-mortems on incidents of this magnitude. Incident communications was terrible. Confidence in @RogersHelps (and @Bell) is apathetic levels, most laugh it off w/memes of terrible service.
