@louford1 @Bell_Support If it makes you feel any better, @Rogers told you to do that and then when it doesn't work they try to up-sell you to Ignite. I told them when they get the service that I have actually working and stable, I'll consider upgrading.

@louford1 @Bell_Support They had me turn my modem on and off to make a security issue go away. Then told me I didn't have a security issue. Then I called back twice more. And then, someone fixed it. Quality procedures.

@cogeco your service is terrible. Your tech disconnected my service while working on a neighbours house... Heading in to day 2 waiting for repair. Makes online school quite a challenge. Guess it’s time to call @bell.
