@bell I am wondering if there is a policy or procedure available determining who you will provide service to and who you will deny it to. Living in southwestern Ontario you would almost think we could get more than 1 bar 3G or SOS whatever that is

My ISP opens a support ticket with @Bell for my connection. Bell calls me with a pre-recorded message “your ISP has indicated you are having a problem with your line. Please contact your ISP to get this resolved quickly.“ Rinse, lather, repeat. #CustomerService #fail
