After 27 years as @Rogers customers, and now 8 wks as @Bell customers, I can say without any reservation that Bell is infinitely worse to deal with. Not that Rogers is a shining beacon of customer service either. The bar was INCREDIBLY low for Bell, and they still blew it. Unreal

@Bell just consistently tell us they are looking into our issue and will call us in a week, yet never do. This has happened 3 times. For a communications company they suck at communicating

@Bell_Support Thank you! Looks like my billing issue has been rectified using this channel. I’ll update this feed if the next bill is not correct.

@MasterHandJr @Bell Kind of doubt it with fiber though? I know with Rogers, which honestly can be really good, if you're using the same coaxial cable that someone installed 25 years ago, the conductor and the connector can both get corroded and start seriously affecting the signal.

@yeenyboi @Bell You know what, I can understand, honestly I can, but I have had exactly zero issues with Telus. Not to say I didn't need support ever for issues, but any issues I've had has been dealt with quickly and effectively.
