@Bell @Bell_Support I have service moving appointment on June 29, technical didn’t show up. I called and was promised to have on June 30 and no one showed up. I called again and was told I had to wait to July 2nd. Is this how usually bell customers be treated ?

@Bell_Support if you expect me to pay $300 you need to fix my 4 unusable Pods and your garbage app and provide internet that doesn't consistently give me 900+ ping. Also actually make sure I can even use your damn service unlike my current situation where I can't get WiFi signal

I was told they’re looking to get better boxes and the voice control remotes to compete with Rogers (so why not actual working models too?)
