    @KellyByers28 @Bell_Support I honestly don't think there's a worse company than bell, at least for customer service. The actual technical service is reasonably good, but the customer service is not great.

    @Bell I've been a long time customer I have all of their services TV internet home phone and i have no complaints well up till now Recently decided to order a mobile device with Bell the order was shipped without a house number Been getting the runaround ever since kind of regret it

    I have been with @Bell forever, only because the other company is worst. @Bell_Support you are annoying me. Imagine I have to say 'yes it exists so do your job' or call another agent to get what I want. Please please please train your staff better. This is time consuming!

    @Bell I'm currently waiting in one of your stores to sign up for a black Friday deal and there's only one person on the floor and 3 people needing help. Why can't I do this on line? Why does your website say has to be Instore when you don't have staff

    you may not care about the telecom monopoly in Canada until you need something urgent from @Bell_Support or Rogers and all the alternatives use the same cables/networks and you have no option but wait and miss work so they can solve issues as they wish.

    @Bell_Support No, it's fine. I'm perfectly fine accepting that the Telco monopoly in our country won't be solved in my lifetime, and we are left with *gestures broadly* this.... Your trite effort to coddle the discontented individuals, and treat the masses like idiotic sheep, is obvious to me

    @Bell_Support Fibe Internet completely down in Scarborough. Is there an outage? My router was red this morning and then after rebooting it goes orange and then just shuts off. Can you help?
