    @Bell your smart home services could not figure out how to reinstate my service and could not help me settle my billing issues. Apparently, it’s a different company that is not included on my one bill and now I’m being charged from the credits given to me when I signed up w/ you

    con'd... Official! @Rogers @RogersHelps has nickled and dimed a 24 yr client to move to @Bell. Refusing to credit me for every day we had outages! 3 months of daily connection issues is worth a credit of only $234, b/c their system does not sense all outages. Run fast, run far

    @Bell I have been passed on to 3 diff companies and 9 agents who could not help restore my smart home service. Charges continue but I dont have billing statements and the accts is in collections and collections could not find me #sortthisout wer do i pay? #poorcustomerservice

    @Bell_Support I already did that and spent almost an hour talking to two of your representatives where I was told I would hear back in a week. That was about two weeks ago. Honestly Bell creates customer frustration.

    @KelpieAnne @Bell we used to have bell internet and tv, after we cancelled our tv services cause of high costs coincidentally both our download and upload went down by half

    @Bell_Support please tell me where a viable Bell store in Toronto is- currently in the Midtown area all stores are only for Bell mobility- is there no customer service in person in the GTA? Thank you.
