@NewfieChaos41 @Eastlink Also @Bell has a great deal in where 1GB Internet and the "Better" bundle TV is just $99 for one year and then it's $145 after a lifetime credit of $50 by Bell. Right now, I'm paying $143 for Eastlink for 500 Internet and crap channels.

@Bell_Support can’t get through to support. Been trying to get satellite service since Monday. Tech was here to install 4 new boxes to existing 2 boxes. Only 2 boxes work! Tech has been here again and still not working. Customer service SUCKS in phone!! How do we resolve this!!!

Hey @Bell how come your site is so bad and won't let me access chat support to look into changing my plan? At least offer an accessible way to change our selection of your expensive services.

  • JeanetteWhalen Jeanette Whalen (@JeanetteWhalen) reported

@Bell any ETA on when the Newfoundland outage will be resolved? Also. Taking out all the house services and then also loosing the wireless really will make me rethink putting all my eggs in one bell basket.

  • lillyverse lillyverse (@lillyverse) reported

@MetaMcFly @Bell My @bell has been out for over 15 hours here as well… #belloutage is real and and should be a free service at this point.

  • CORYfromDArock Cory From Da Rock (@CORYfromDArock) reported

Twitter friends, @Bell or @Eastlink what do you recommend? I'm asking because I have the crap TiVo box with Eastlink and it's been giving me so much trouble that I want to switch to Bell. On the phone with Eastlink now, on hold, of course. 😡

  • Ade518 Ade (@Ade518) reported

@Bell_Support Your service has been out more than it’s worked for several days. I don’t know why the solution is always to send a new modem when clearly that’s not fixing the problem.
