I've worked in IT. If I had a customer-impacting outage that lasted 24h+, I would've been fired--rightly. This is outrageous.

Earliest service call was for Saturday 2pm to 4pm and then it was cancelled. Hmmm @Bell was on my UNPLOWED street on a call.
