    @Bell according to @cityofguelph #BellCanada is responsible for city 'manhole covers' when they are dislodged and damage motor vehicles like mine. @TD_Insurance needs to file a claim. Please get us in touch with the right people and process.

    @Bell_Support your customer service as been horrible. So far, I’ve been called a liar, been hung up on 4 times and have been on hold for more than 3 hours. Is this how you treat your customers?

    @Bell_Support When call booked for modem & STB not pairing why would your tech try to fix remotely & leave customer sitting all day waiting for proper service call? Is this what you call good service? You just lost (yet another) customer; I am cancelling all services. #bellsucks

    @TELUSsupport No I actually gave up and went into a store.I’ve also been trying to upgrade my phone online today but the site keeps crashing or not letting me process my CC payment. Waiting over an hour for online agent. Probably just going to sign up with @Bell because your service is awful

    @Bell_Support I’m not even a customer yet. I’m trying… moving all services and cell phones but you’re making this really hard. Mis scheduled appts, going back on details of our agreement. And can’t get through to anyone to speak to. Shocking.
