    @Bell_Support Just spoke to a rep, tells me the new ETA, NOT posted on your website's outage tool, is now 11am *tomorrow*. What in the absolute hell?? I've worked in IT. If I had a customer-impacting outage that lasted 24h+, I would've been fired--rightly. This is outrageous.

    @MLBNetwork Your Canadian feed is still showing the alternate programming instead of the spring training games this afternoon! Been like this since yesterday Doesn't anyone there read these tweets, so you can fix it? Problem is seen at both @Rogers and @Bell TV subscribers

    @Rogers @RogersHelps My MIL with Alzheimers who relies on calling her family for help 30x a day has been without a landline since Thursday morning. Earliest service call was for Saturday 2pm to 4pm and then it was cancelled. Hmmm @Bell was on my UNPLOWED street on a call.

    @Bell_Support @skyofuniverse08 Yes, all you do is bullshit , your services are garbage .impolite people on the phone. And they can't do anything to help . It takes a few months to resolve a problem . And sometimes it can't be resolved. Bell never again
