@Bell_Support Does it usually take this long to DM a solution to a simple request?

The Bell phone corporation are quite the scammers. We stopped all my elderly mother's Bell services, sent back the equipment, but they continued to charge her via a pre-authorized agreement. Tried calling customer service @Bell_Support and it is a clown show designed to frustrate.

@sunnydriver1970 @Bell About 3000k sqft. And for some reason they installed it all downstairs. But it’s been there the whole time and only being an issue now.

@Bell I’m not going to DM you. I’m a preferred Bell client and I’m supposed to have 24/7 support. I’ve wasted more than an hour trying to talk to you. I’ll just go with Vidéotron or Rogers.

@JesseEdwards78 @Bell I left Bell well over a decade ago. I used VOIP. Voice Over Internet Protocol, with my computer internet service provider. Cheaper by far, and long distance was no extra cost. Later, I retired my computer & internet some 6 years ago. I just use a 'smart' mobile phone.

@Bell Unfortunately that wasn’t helpful I need the complaint to reach the home network. They’re spamming the same trashy episodes. We need Canadian shows not American. Maybe people don’t care about the show. It’s nothing but repeats

North York. Internet was down for about 10 mins. Over 2 hours into watching a 3+ hour volleyball game. At a crucial match point. 😡 What happened? Modem had a red OK indicating fibre issue. Was it scheduled maintenance? It's after 2am. Not happy. @Bell_Support

@Reil76 @Bell I had the same issue, then it was completely off, turns out a squirrel chewed through my fibe cable.

@Reil76 @Bell Are you still on a copper line or have you switched to fibre? If you're still on the copper line they could be ignoring your issue to force the switch to fibre!
