@peternowak Can confirm, my senior mother who accidentally opened the mobile browser on her 1 month old @Bell cellphone was charged an extra $10 for 0.28 MB of mobile data usage on her $25 BYOD No Data plan. She only wanted a flip phone for emergency phone calls. 🤬👎

@bell After another 40 minutes on the phone and more broken promises that I would get a call back, I still haven't been able to get a new mobile line. You literally have the worst customer service in the world.

@Bell Internet down since Sunday morning!! Called the service center and apparently the modem was busted. Since then been to the store thrice already.. each time your team is unable to associate the account with the new modem. Such a bad show!! Everything but #bellforbetter 💔😖

@Bell_Support #promarktelecon while the techs working in my area were burying lines, my internet was severed and my driveway dug up. I work from home and rely on the service to do my job. I’m a Rogers customer, so why was my internet cut and not fixed? I received no info on this.
