@Bell_Support getting passed around in the support center and being left on hold. Passed along again. Horrible! The disconnect btw Bell and Bell Smart Home/Alarm Force is ridiculous! No easy billing or transparency by Bell Smart Home/ Alarm Force.

@Bell_Support don’t care to help. They wouldn’t talk to any other Bell department for a simple address change problem. #bell_support they say can’t but mean won’t.
