@Dgw4806 @brittlestar @Bell_Support Hmmm, I have an internet/fibe TV/land line bundle, but the land line isn't free. When the cost is broken down, there are charges for all 3 services. 😢

  • JustCathie Cathie (@JustCathie) reported

I was a @Bell Mobility customer for 27 years but switched to @koodo for what I thought was a better offer. Big mistake. I followed all steps correctly yet they did not apply the "Refer-a-friend" credit claiming that I didn't. Lesson learned: Koodo lies and lacks customer service.

@Bell_Support what is the status of an outage in my area (L7A)? I work from home and require service.

  • TheLastLinda The Last Linda (@TheLastLinda) reported

@brittlestar @Bell_Support The repair person who came to fix my Mom’s landline told her last time that Bell isn’t replacing lines anymore because everyone has cell phones, so Bell no longer cares about them. Whee.

@brittlestar @Bell_Support What your really saying is that Bell won’t fix it because it IS a landline.

  • roni1015 Roni Davis (@roni1015) reported

@Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support It's not just mobility. Wifi is just as bad.

  • devonsnowboards Devon Hayes (@devonsnowboards) reported

Would love to get @Bell_Support and @SamsungCanada on the phone at the same time so they can figure out together if it’s Bell or my Smart Tv that’s causing connectivity issues daily! Actually, throw @CraveHelp in there too! I’m truly livid.

  • konc_betty Betty Konc (@konc_betty) reported

@Dgw4806 @brittlestar @Bell_Support We no longer have a land line and don’t regret ridding ourselves of Bell. Does it cost us more for internet, maybe, but it is worth it not to have to deal with Bells horrible customer service. There are ways to get rid of Bell.

  • TheePapaJ Jeffrey Morrow (@TheePapaJ) reported

@brittlestar @Bell_Support Landlines are for filling out necessary forms only. Same with a backup email address. Cuz, security and ****....

  • chthonic_79 Chthonic (Using Acct.) 🇨🇦 ❤️ 🇺🇦 🇵🇱 (@chthonic_79) reported

@brittlestar @Bell_Support My understanding is that the land lines now go to a central computer. So they won’t work when systems go down just like VOIP doesn’t.
