@Bell Screwed me over again, said they'd slow internet from 25mbs download to 10 download at 350gbs. Didn't tell me they'd also lower my upload from 5mbs to 1mbs. Streams are non existent until further notice!

@djpaec @Bell_Support I use a mesh system to keep a blanket of wifi throughout the house. But, the speed to device, while lousy, isn’t the big issue - the issue is the inconsistent my reported purchased speed and wild fluctuations in speed to modem (which would have nothing to do with my wifi)

@Bell Why is so hard to cancel my services with you! I've been on hold for 30 mins while your Customer Service guy "locates" my file? Where does he have to go to get it? Or, is this Bell's corporate greed, keep them on hold, hope they hang up so you can't cancel your services!

Decided to switch to @bell today for home service. They gave us an appointment time to set us up between 12-5. It’s now almost 5:30. Would you trust this company with a 2 year contract? #firstimpressions

@Bell_Support It’s too bad you don’t have stores where customers could just go to replace their defective receivers on the same day rather than waiting for a delivery. You could call them Bell Stores.

@Bell pushed their wifi pods on me, billed me & then admitted that since day 1, they've had issues w this product. So after an 18-month pandemic, I'm finally trying to reopen our doors & throwing $ in the garbage. Taking advantage of small businesses just isn't cool.
