@Bell_Support It's probably best if I just cancel my contract with you guys. I don't need this aggravation. And this is beyond ridiculous. No sane person would put up with this.

@Mark_Goldberg @Bell All optics. Investment is % from revenue. BCE Q1 2021 FCF was almost $1B, up 54% YOY. Gov. depreciation incentives decrease profit tax. Regulator keeps competition away. In 2023 after election and tech cycle done, investment % goes down. TELUS indicated lowest CAPEX ever at 14%.

Internet has been damn horrible lately. I can’t believe I pay so much to @Rogers for such a crappy product. What’s worst is @Bell can’t put a fibre connection to my house so I’m stuck.🤬🤬🤬

@Mark_Goldberg @Bell Sorry, but this is a bad take. This reads like “yes it’s good to pay ransoms because then the kidnapped are returned”. In a free competitive market Bell would have *had* to make this investment to remain competitive. If they didn’t, someone else would.

@bell my husband keep missing work because @bell does not care about fixing my ongoing issue, their lack of service is unacceptable, nobody is taking responsibility for it
