@Bell_Support @bell @Bell_News I moved my service from Rogers to Bell. Phone disconnected. Address for delivery incorrect, therefore delayed. Online chat agent disconnected after 2 hours. HELP...I have elderly parents who can't reach me.

I am sorry. Due to system limitations, we cannot make calls [to customers] or you can send us your account info and we'll review. @bell_support you are quick enough to send me a text for service feedback for the [lack of] service, Yet you cannot make calls to customers...really?

@beerleague_hero @Bell_Support @Bell Be carefull at renewal. They like to charge you same price even if the phone is paid and won't credit you afterwards. They told me we should know so I make damn sure people do....
